Where do I begin. My visit to this establishment was not a pleasant one. The first downfall of this whole experience is when we got our food but they forgot to give us our drinks, then we had to make a second trip back where we were given food with not only 1 hair but 4 that was unnoticed until I took a bite out of the sandwich and opened it which made me sick to my stomach that I had to throw up. So not only was the customer service bad the MANAGERS attitude was not welcoming or sorry at all. As I walked in and went to the counter I asked to speak to the manger and in a rude voice she answered "speaking" highly disrespectful. I then proceeded to tell her what had happen and again in her rude voice she said "if the receipt is in that bag I dont want it" again very disrespectful she wasnt able to pull it up so I told her my order and I asked for a full refund but they only gave me a partial. After the whole situation was over I got not one sorry or apology from the so call general manager of this establishment. This is my first time eating from here and it sure will be my last. If you still decide to eat from here I pray you dont find pubic hairs next :) Happy eating.

(December 2016) I have been to this location a number of times, and I feel it is time I write a review. This location is extremely bi-polar when it comes to customers service. One day the food and service are fantastic, then the next day the tables are all dirty, the coffee lukewarm, and the employees uncaring. If you happen in here during the former, you will undoubtedly have a great experience. But, if you suffer the latter, expect to be let down. I would like to see the General Manager of this establishment realize that although food service pays terribly, it is a vital part of the lives of many people, and one of very few opportunities to make positive ones day, potentially making the world a better place (by proximity of course). Kudos to the team that gives excellent service regardless of whether they get paid enough. You dont go unnoticed.

Over the past year this store has gone to hell.. Bad service,I dont care attitude,out of food,just to name a few problems Standing at the pastry counter to buy this afternoon was the last straw,The fat cow behind the counter saw me and turned her back to me ,not: Ill be with you in a minute sir...nothing but bad manners When another staff person ask if she could help me,the cow interrupted and said she was waiting on me...Wrong,I was waiting on her..A very unpleasent experience.. The manager should be fired for letting this happen and hiring unqualified people . I cant imagine having this kind of investment,in a great location,with this good name and product,and letting inferior people run it...I will go to other locations but not this one for a while...Ed Lacey

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and my order was wrong when I checked it once I got to my destination. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Justin. He was very friendly, and apologized for the order being incorrect. He also asked me when I will be returning to give me a correct order, or something else. I came back today and Justin personally made my order, and gave me a free unexpected drink. He again apologized for the order not being made correctly the first time, and thanked me for letting them know. Everyone was friendly and the service was good.

This used to be a good restaurant, and I love Panera, but I will not go to this location anymore even though I live close. Terrible customer service, small portions, and they always forget something or dont have what I want to order. I usually get a Caesar salad and they are consistently filled 1/4 of the way, especially when I do rapid pick up (which is NEVER ready, and in the past I have waited at least 20 minutes after my order should have been ready, for a SALAD). I am a huge Panera fan but this location is not typical.

Well when I first order my food and got the food it was cold so when I went up to fix it the manager had an attitude and was ok I guess Ill fix and then when she came back to give me my food she throw it on the table and it was the wrong size that I ordered . I told her and she said "They just now told me that it was a large" and she didnt give me my side that I ordered either she also didnt give me any silverware . I also didnt get a apology for it being wrong .

I love Panera Bread and the food we received was delicious, however they were out of a lot of items on the menu and we had to keep changing our order. They got our tea wrong and I said I would keep it instead of throwing it away and she said she could only exchange it. I asked if she could just comp it since they were out of almost everything we wanted and she wouldnt even do that. It was my most disappointing experience with this chain that I love.

PRO: While I appreciate the convenience Carter Hill offers with their drive-thru (not available @ East Chase) ... CON: Closing an hour earlier @ 9pm vs. East Chase @ 10pm means any penchant for Panera-post 9pm, requires my presence inside the store (and probably in my pjs) to place &/or pick-up my order ... RESULT: Convenience cancelled out but deliciousness always counted in.

This Panera location is probably the definitive one for Montgomery. The staff is nice, and my orders are never incorrect. Its clean and, for the most part, quiet. Theres even a drive through with as reasonable a speed a possible. As opposed to the Eastchase location, which can be inconsistent at best, Ive never been disappointed by the Carter Hill Panera Bread.

Horrible customer service. And general lack of basic comprehension on the menu items. Nobody knew what to do in the case of an iced coffee and was turned around several times before I just decided to settle on Sierra mist rather than deal with the employees. Also a souffle is served at the front counter within 20 minutes. And shame on you if you didnt know that

I LOVE Panera, however this location is pretty bad. They very rarely get your order right, they are ALWAYS out of at least 8 things, and if you order online...MAKE SURE to check your bag before you leave because chances are youre missing something. Just save the hassle and go to the Panera in Prattville!

I visited on Saturday at noon and it was a disappointing experience. Service was non-existent. The young lady, who took my order asked no questions at all and did not even disclose that I had a reward available. Food tasted good but sloppily put together. No wonder the place was almost empty.

Their customer service has declined in the past few months. The new staff hasnt been trained well, and for the cost of the meal the portion size has also decreased. Wish they would get it together, its my fave study spot. A few months ago, I wouldve rated 5 stars.

The staff here go out of their way to help you. Polite, friendly and able to answer questions about breads and meals served. No waiting when I was there. Excellent service. Food was outstanding and prices are reasonable
