Never do posts but thought it may help if a manager or someone in charge reads the reviews looks like many other poor reviews of this starbucks. I go about once a week to this starbucks I live in gadsden and may quit going the service is really poor and slow I could get coffee quicker online I think and hope the people at the counter were trained a little better probably the worst service of any Starbuck I have been to they really dont know anything about coffee and super slow at the register often charging me the wrong price I had to tell the clerk how much and what kind of coffee in the bag I was bying a line of people behind me probably took 15 min to ring up 3 items rediculous never been to Starbuck this slow and have traveled all over the country

I am a regular at this store. However my husband went in to get our lattes this morning and for the 2nd or 3rd time our cups were only half full (grandes) he didnt notice till he got home because they were so busy he was trying to hurry and get out. I tried calling and got no answer. It is always the same guy that does this. There was someone in front of my husband that returned their drink due to it not being good. This is a problem and these drinks are too expensive to receive this service. Training needs to be done before they serve guest.

Very glad to finally have a Starbucks store close by. The only problem Ive noticed is that they are sways out of something. For the past several weeks they have been limited in their available breakfast sandwiches and on 3 different occasions within the past month they were completely out of breakfast items. Ive never been to store when they were out of these items. And one evening they were out of 2 ingredients to make a salted caramel mocha.

This place is the worst too many tattoos and wild piercings some employees,, the store manager is never on the floor and some employees are left alone while others hang in the back no team and very unPROfessional.. Theyll give coffee to at a discounted or free rate just to get a positive guess feedback cheaters bad bad for business

They were out of every kind of breakfast sandwich but 1, and out of most of their baked goods as well. How can it be that hard in the age of computer registers to keep the items you sell in stock? I was in there right after they opened in the morning, so it wasnt like a huge rush cleaned them out.

Love the manager Shannon. She always makes sure things are done right and keeps the staff on their toes. If there is a line they always hurry to get you in and out and have only messed up my order once. I called and she not only gave me a free drink of my choice but a free breakfast sandwich too!

Great place, good staff, and the drinks are awesome. The only problem Ive seen was this one customer. Guy was a complete ass,all over a raspberry latte, and started cussing at the cashier instead of being reasonable. The store is great, they just have stupid customers.

Staff were very nice and the service was very fast.Drinks were delicious. Staff were very curtious about custom drink order and got it just right. It was busy and i saw the store manager come out to help get peoples order through quicker a true leader.

Slowest Starbucks ever I ordered a raspberry latte a half hour later I was handed a plain vanilla latte (weak on flavor) and then the lady argued instead of fixing. Total waste of money and time. I went into the TA and got a regular coffee.

First Starbucks without WIFI , that its sucks ,i paid 11,98$ for my coffee and food (i think i deserve some wifi) and 1,99 $to the truck stop wifi "interstate speed zone" to leave you this review, shame... never stop here again...no thx..

Walked in and was just stared at and ignored by the girls working. No greeting, wasnt spoken to at all. This was my first time going to a Starbucks and it has completely turned me off from the franchise. I couldnt even order anything.

Two stars for location! But hours suck- as a driver I visit Starbucks like a million times a week... So all I saying is that it need to be open 24 /7 us drivers are up and needing good coffee 24/7
