Absolutely love my new washer and dryer from TN Appliance Exchange. I bought them a couple weeks ago and they work great (and look almost new!). I had a great experience in the store, the lady who helped me out was very friendly and super helpful. The day I went they didnt have a large selection of washing machines and none in the price range I was looking at, so I was going to go ahead and buy a dryer and then come back later in the week after more washing machines came in. But they ended up giving me a discount on one of the washing machines that were in stock (without me even asking!) so it would be in my price range. Such a great deal! Only downside was the delivery... They told me they would deliver the washer and dryer the next day, so I arranged my schedule so I could be home, but no one ever came. I also didnt even get a phone call letting me know they couldnt make it out that day. I called the following day and left a message following up on the delivery. About an hour later the delivery guy called me back to see if I was available that afternoon for him to deliver. Delivery ended up going smoothly that afternoon, however I did not receive a single apology from the delivery guy or from management for not delivering on Wednesday as scheduled. I know things happen and its easy for paperwork to get misplaced, but I would have at least appreciated a half-hearted "sorry for the inconvenience." Overall it was still a good experience though. I would still recommend buying from them, just know that delivery may not happen as scheduled.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! THEY GIVE EXTRA WARRANTIES FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS!! If you look at all of the lower reviews, they all say the same things If youre like me, you work hard for your money and dont like to waste it. If you have a few hundred dollars to blow without concern, by all means, shop here. If not, please stay away...This place is complete garbage, just like the appliances they sell. Im a single male and bought both a washer and dryer. As a single male, I used them very lightly, maybe once a week. They lasted 3 months...garbage. Then they refused to stand by their product and attempt to fix it, while having the nerve to ask me to pay them to fix it..really? As if I would pay more money to a place who has already shown they dont have any quality control. They also didnt have the correct hoses or tools to get the washer hooked up either PLEASE; SAVE AN EXTRA $50 AND GO SOMEWHERE TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO WONT SCREW YOU. Read the other reviews, this is not isolate incident! With any luck these people will change their attitudes and stand by their products; or hopefully they will go under and not rob anyone else of their hard earned money.

May experience started off very well . One of the guys helped me find a set for a really good price and they were very nice and patience being that I wanted to make sure I was getting the set( washer and dryer) . I was really happy but it didnt last long! They installed my washer wrong causing a part mof house to flood! They came out to figure out what happened and was willing to give my another washer just like it but when I talked to the owner to see about getting the damages repaired he stated they are a small business who has no problem to cover that! He than began to raise his voice barely allowing me to speak! I ask him what if I havent stopped the washer in time and the damages had been more tragic and he stated that I shouldnt be talking about the " what ifs and what could have" . He then hung up in my face which I called back the coward would not even pick up the phone. I have never been so disrespected in my life! I will never come back here and I will every person I know not to do business with this company being that this is the way treat their customers!

This is the worst appliance company Ive every tried to deal with in 25 years of being a home owner. From trying to schedule service, to the repair technicians not understanding the warranty process, to wrong parts being ordered, I would never recommend this company to anyone. After losing one technician that was fired, to having the owner come out to my home and not following through, they repeatedly messed up ordering parts, then would schedule a time "frame" for you to be home and never show, nor call, then lie about the fact they tried to call you. They even charged me for parts that was under warranty and left tools at my home. Stay away... seriously. Their new phone system never allows for anyone to answer the calls and they supposedly have too many clients and not enough staff to get the job done. Run!!!

I called to make an appointment for a repairman to come look at our washer. The customer service person said he would call to make an appointment either later that day or the next day. Did not hear from him until the following Monday where he asked for the part number. I gave him the model number. He said he would check to see if he had the part when he got in to the office the next day. I didnt hear from him until the end of the day after I texted him. He said he didnt have the part but would come by to take a look the next day between 12 and 2. He did not show. I called him and he said he was busy and wanted me to call the office to get another repairmen to come out instead of him. I called another company. If I cant even get someone to come out to take a look, Im not trusting the repair itself.

Please be aware of the fine print everyone! My mother was told there was a $40 deposit. This is what is advertised on their website and over the phone as my mother did not go into the store. In the Crest Financial contract it states the $40 is a deposit that applies to the Crest Financial account. TN Appliance Exchange keeps the $40 themselves as a processing fee and does not report it to Crest. Thus if you buy something for 400 and pay 40 deposit, your balance owed to Crest will still be 400 instead of 400 less 40. This is likely happening to everyone so please be aware. If the $40 is going to be a processing fee and not deposit then everyone should be made aware that is what they are paying. TN Appliance Exchange is taking advantage of people so please be aware!
