Worst store ever. The shining example of horrible customer service experienced today is why we only go to this store when Lowes doesnt have what we need in stock. Purchased 2 bottles of house cleaner that performed nowhere near advertised, either by what is noted on the bottle or by the sales associate. Used less than 10% of the solution on a small area to determine this wasnt going to work. In an attempt to return the items, they would only return the unopened bottle. First, the associate assured us that we would be able to return the item, even if opened, which I was very specific about. Second, this item is not listed on any of their return policies as being exempt from the usual return policy. I could understand not returning a consumable item where half of it is used, but in this case so little was used that I obviously didnt try to just use what I needed and return the rest. This will be my last trip to Home Depot. On the rare occasion Lowes doesnt have what I need Ill try another local store or go to Amazon.

Wondered around for 20 minutes on the same two aisles with a look on my face that would have clued anyone who was paying attention that i had no idea what i was looking for. The only associate who spoke to me was a young gentleman at the self check out lanes who did his best to point me in the right direction. On 3 separate occasions I came across two or more other employees just standing around talking to each other but when I would approach them for help they would scatter like cockroaches when you turn on the light before i could say anything. Even the person at the customer service desk ignored me when I put the two things I had managed to find down on the counter as i was walking out. I would seriously recommend that other shoppers either go to Lowes or find a different Home Depot location, as the staff at this location clearly dont care and are just there to draw a paycheck.

Sale took forever. Employee had no idea about the sales event going on. Ordered a washer and dryer, delivered a week later. Less than a month later, the hose comes unattached from the back of the washer, not installed correctly. Two hours of flooding our house. Thanks to the terrible delivery company RAS Delivers, who contracts with Home Depot. Find out from the water mitigation team that the dryer exhaust wasnt connected either, just venting straight into the floor of our laundry room. Thankfully this was found, otherwise they could of destroyed our home, and our lives, twice over. This all happened in early December. Still have no floors in my house that was purchased by my wife and I the day before this we bought the appliances. AVOID AT ALL COSTS having home depot deliver anything.

Went to the Hendersonville Home Depot today looking to purchase a refridgerator,as mine died last night. After about 15 min. of waiting for a sales person, my husband asked a man in that dept. if we could have some help. "He will be right there", was the reply. 30 min. later we left to go to Lowes. Doesnt the customer matter any more? Arent we what keep your doors open? I will take my $2500.00 elsewhere. Thank you, Betty Parks

After getting VERY upset with a local competitor that is right down the street. My wife and I decided to venture out and try Home Depot. The staff was very friendly. I was asked no less than 5 times by the staff if someone could help. I had a sigh of relief because at the store down the street is where my wife and I had gotten into an argument with an employee that didnt seem interested in helping. Thanks Home Depot.

Horrible experiences. 1. Racially Profiled. I brought a Toro lawn mower, it stopped working (gas issue), I brought it back up to the store for service, i was surrounded by Loss Prevention officers, they apologized and gave me a $25 store credit. We had our home built in Hendersonville over 10 years ago.

Love The Thursday Night Ladies Class each month. We have a wonderful time for 1 1/2 hour. Our Coach (Instructor) and Assistant are fun. We get the opportunity to work with tools. We can not wait till our next class.

Home Depot is Home Depot. Cheaper prices than competitors and less quality products. This store is well maintained and everything. Is easy to find.
