No problem purchasing a new washer of course. The problem was the delivery and so-called set up. When I called in the morning to confirm my delivery time, I was told by the dispatcher that the driver was seen but then he left, and they didnt know if he would return or not. When he did arrive at the very last minute of the time span given to me, he was irritated and extremely rude. It was an issue about him removing the old washer which he finally did. He connected the new and when I went into the garage I found a pile of debris, hoses, laying on the floor in the center of my garage. Since hes contracted, he apparently did not want to pay for dumping. When I used the machine for the first time, I left for a dr appt. Upon returning I opened the door to laundry room and kitchen full of water. Upon calling the store, I was told they could do nothing because they used a subcontractor and I should call him. When the driver finally called me back, he insisted that it mustve been something I did to the machine. (I wouldnt even know where to find water valves

Worst customer service ever. No one willing to help . Cashiers are clueless. Employees tell you to go ask a different department but no one is there. No one actually wants to do anything. We were trying to build a fire pit. We purchased a kit which said we could pick the type of stone. They printed a ticket without asking or listening to what stone we wanted.When we tried to fix this, they didnt know how and wouldnt work with us to help correct it. We spent over 2 hours running around the store trying to fix mistakes in what THEY originally told us to do and get different tickets printed. Then, when everything was finally fixed, we went to load the truck with stone. The employees that were "helping" us, literally watched me, a pregnant woman, load the heavy stones into the truck while they stood there. We are here at least 2 days a week but after this experience, we will go to Lowes or Home Depot.

What horrific customer disservice. Now I see why most of the stores around here went out of business. Like the lady said, tons of employees walking by...but no one will help you. Drove all the way here from Carmel to buy 1 of 9 step ladders the supposedly have in stock. I cant find a single 1...when finally I managed to get someones attention...they couldnt find one either. Said they must have been mistaken about tgem. How the hell in a modern computerized inventory system do 9 6.5 foot ladders somehow walk out of the store? Glad I waited to find it before picking anything else up. They got exactly what they deserve $0.00

My experience was awful. Throughout my shopping, 6 employees walked right past me and not one asked how I was or if I needed any help. I was looking for an over the door wreath hook when I saw the 7th employee walking towards me and as he walked by me and didnt say anything, I started to ask him if he could help me and before I could finish he held his hand up at me and said "Im not on the clock." Serioulsy? He was wearing his menards vest. Needless to say I never found the wreath hook, therefore I did not buy the wreath I had wanted to purchase. Awful experience.

Lots of products made in the USA! I dont know how many people pay attention to consciously try and purchase items made in the USA. Just look at your local store and see how many items you can find made anywhere other than China. Youll find that China is pretty much the majority. I try to support companies that provide products made in the USA. Yes, sometimes the products are a little bit more $ but usually the quality is much better than products made in China.

I am glad I do not work at this store. If the environment is anything like I saw today I would file a complaint with their Corporate office. I saw an assistant manager completely humilate and degrade an employee out in the parking lot in front of all the customers. I am a large contracting company and I have a large clientele, I will recommend that they never shop at this store. That manager was completely in the wrong.

I go to this store quite often. It is my favorite home improvement store anywhere. It is laid out well, stocked well, and the employees are helpful. If you cannot find an employee when you need help, it is because they are busy elsewhere in the store. Just call their department number and get them to come and provide assistance when needed.

I had a great experience at Menards. I went in to pick up some mulch and I wasnt sure what kind to get. Fortunately an employee there (I believe his name was Matt) assisted me in finding the perfect mulch I needed. He was very kind, courteous, and patient and I will be returning because of his great service.

Very poor service, I rate it negative zero. Sales assocs are not really helpful. Approach first assoc, he turned away from me & pretended talking on his headpc then walked away. Approach another male assoc, passed me to different assoc who seems not happy to assist me.

Update: latest experience at this store the customer service was very poor and the employees acted as they could not be bothered. The store is very clean and has a fantastic selection of items. Customer service could have been a bit better but overall a nice experience.

As a contractor using Menards is a very pleasant experience. The place is easy to navigate the employees are cheerful, knowledgable and happy. I can do an estimate for a project online as their website is excellent. Beats Lowes and HD everyday.

Seems like its always hard to find someone to ask a question. Once you find someone they are usually quite good at answering the question and helping you get what you need. Good quality paint, wood, etc. Built my entire basement from here

ehhhhhhhhhhhhh, if you can go to home depot down the road, do that... there wasnt anyone there to help us with a brick fireplace Friday Afternoon and everything was very spread out and in weird locations.

I passed several employees and none of them asked if I was finding everything ok. Store trucks that you can rent are all parked in the closest spaces to the front door so customers have to walk further.

The staff up front was not helpful and it felt like they didnt really care. The staff that ended up cutting our 2x12 for us were genuine people and seemed like they enjoyed their job.

A big menards. Never came across an issue. Only bad is the location for the traffic. If you live in castleton and Fishers then you live with traffic and this store will be fine
