Visited this store7/31/17. Pulled the barcode slip for large items to take to the person at the cash register to pay for an item. Come to find out they dont have this item in stock. I proceed to tell them that I would like to pay for the item and be notified when it will be delivered to the store for pick up. They said they dont do that and just to check back in a week or two, or order the item online. I go to look for the item online and it is a $30 shipping charge to order the product on my own. What kind of company does not offer store delivery for an item that they carry? I am not going to keep "checking in" to see if a product they are supposed to carry is actually available in the store. Didnt purchase anything from the store and never will visit again.

Great tools for their prices, staff is actually engaged and willing to help. Do recommend for the quick fixes and basics. I wouldnt buy something here that my job depended on, but for small things for around the house, its great.

Store is nice but Customer Service is terrible. Hubby should get commission helping customers as workers stood around doing nothing. Time to leave this place. Wont be returning any time soon.
