It was January 1, 2016 at around 6:00pm when we bought a bath tub in Menards Kokomo and my husband loaded it in a truck from the back of the store. Then he drove back in front of the store and parked the truck in front of the entrance door after loading it and get out from truck to get me from inside the store. Me and my husband came back in the truck in less than five minutes and the bath tub was gone. We complain to the management but they said they cant do nothing because they dont have cameras outside....that really sucks!! they wont help you. I dont know if it is outside job or inside job....but when we share it with other people, all of them will say "it is an inside job". Thanks for stealing our bath tub....have a nice bath LOW LIFE!

Been working at a job two blocks away so Im forced to go there to save time. I havent had one pleasant experience yet in that store. Costumer service is something not practiced there. The people in building materials treat as a nuisance not a paying customer. The yard workers see some one with an obvious disability like me right now and walk in the opposite. One has to wonder if they know what thier job titles are or if they think they are just to walk around joking with each other and staking materials. Cooperate would do good to send these people some new management

I was very disappointed, we had talked with 3 different ppl on March 7th 2016 each of them were very rude and acted as if we were bothering them by asking for help. Management needs to have a talk with them about there customer service. I will be going to Home Depot from now on there staff is wonderful!!

Great Menards location with friendly staff and good prices! I always go to Menards instead of Lowes because they have a greater selection (except for appliances) than competitors and the staff is always willing to help you find what you need to get the project done!

Love the store but it is so disorganized. Nothing is where you would think it would be. Good prices though. Great staff. I was asked more times if they could help me than the number of things I was there to get. Good ratio...excellent Service.

Good selection of some home improvement items lights, doors, but poor in other areas. Woodworking supplies and wood screws. Not sure why they stock so much food, milk, pet supplies and things like dvds.

Products are great. But trying to get any out of the producta outside is next to impossible. The employees are slow to service, the layout sucks. There is just not enough room
