JTV has beautiful gemstones at great prices. Their jewelry making products, well, you can get them elsewhere for less even though on TV they will say they are exclusive to JTV.The shipping costs are too high. Be careful using the website with your credit/debit cards. Their website switched from my credit card to my debit card without my knowledge and all my auction purchases went to my checking account without my knowledge, causing $700 in overdraft fees. When I asked JTV to compensate me for the loss, since they caused it, they told me it was my fault. I even took it to the president and a co-founder, and they too told me it was my fault. They didnt even send me a coupon to make me feel better. They took no responsibility, didnt apologize, nothing. I have purchased almost $20,000 in the last year from JTV and they didnt seem to care that they had the potential to either gain my loyalty forever or lose me as a customer. Nice.

Total crap their jewelry often loses stones or breaks right after 30 days and they will not repair it. They also tell you how every mine is closing and you better buy chrome diopside, tanzanite - tanzanite, morganite, kunzite prices are all way down. They are nothing but sleazy sales people who lie. Many other places on the web to get a better deal. They show you a beautiful ring on TV bit that is not what you get "bait and switch"vans then they charge you to return it unless you fight like hell. Anyone interested in starting a class action lawsuit with me please let me know. I am proceeding next week.

Vets and their pets NOT welcome at the JTV park. A security guard walked all the way to the far end to tell me JTV doesnt allow it. Not that I had a baggie in my pocket, or 1 single other person present in the entire park ... but I didnt argue. I wont be back or purchase. 1brownMarine
