We went in looking for wedding bands on 3/28. An older man greeted us. I told him our price range and I also said how I found some sale prices on the website. He said they absolutely had no sales because they had low prices already. He argued with me about it. He wouldnt show me rings in our price range. He didnt even pull out any ring. Its not like we had a cheap price range either. He immediately told us to get a credit card. Then he asked when our wedding was and said if we didnt get a ring now the gold prices would go up. Still not showing us any rings. He wanted us to pick something at a higher price. Meanwhile, I look over and a woman working there was full out dancing in the middle of the aisle. Doing the running man and everything with arms up in the air. I have no clue what was going on there. After trying to get the salesman to stop hassling us and to show me some rings and he just wouldnt ...we said were leaving and he yelled at us while we were walking out of the door. He seemed like a car salesman and was nothing that I want to experience again. I really wanted to look at the selection and it would have been some easy sales because we wanted to get wedding bands, but his nasty attitude lost that for us and we gave our business to someone that actually gave us great customer service and showed us rings! Imagine that! A jeweler that showed us jewelry. Lol between the dancing lady and him you might want to go somewhere else... just my opinion.

We went here based on a friends recommendation. The door was opened for us, we were offered something to drink (we declined so I dont know how good it was,) a sales associate introduced herself to us and asked what she could help us with. We were looking for engagement & wedding rings & she showed different sizes, types, etc... She didnt try to upsell anything and everything was explained to us, like the warranty. All the rings had to be sized but they were ready within 1 hour and are absolutely stunning. Another thing was that we had to bring our daughter (who was 9 months old at the time) with us. They gave her a small stuffed Jared bear to play with and were very considerate with us.

This was our first stop when went ring shopping, We were immediately greeted and seated, in a room so that they could pry into our personal life to find out what my boyfriend what he does for a living and try to get him to apply for credit. We knew what we wanted and how much he was going to spend when we entered the door and we were going to pay cash for the purchase. Needless to say after the 4th time of them trying to pry credit information out of him we left and did not return. We purchased a ring 1 month after at another vendor with better quality. Moral of the story dont go to this location if you plan to pay cash for it they will try to talk you into applying for credit

Product: Jared definitely gives you the best quality for your money. My engagement ring is gorgeous and people literally breathe in when they see it! Service: at this location it is so-so. Sometimes amazing sometimes not - depending on who helps us. At the location by I-85, which we have only gone to once, the service was horrible. We asked the lady that helped us to clean and check our rings because we purchased their warranty plan and instead of looking to see what our warranty says she just said... no pretty much. We had to keep asking to get her to look and then she did as we requested. She more or less seemed annoyed that we were not buying anything.

Beyond rude....asked me if I was looking for something and I told her...she pointed at the display, she was with a customer, said they didnt have what I was looking for and then reminded me that they were closing early! Bad move....we have spent thousands of dollars with your company over the years. We will NOT return to your store and will continue to go to the one in Buford. BTW....you work in retail so dont get pissy if some walks in 5 minutes before you close....you cant have a sour attitude or you will continue to loose customers. I would have been a sale if you had what I was looking for but thanks to your attitude, not now, not ever!

Visited this Store and 2 others while shopping for my Cupcakes ring. I had no idea what to expect or what to do. I met Chris Hartley and Anthony Brown while I was looking. They were way more personable than the other places I went. They educated me about the process and helped me get all my questions answered. I picked a ring but was nervous about making a mistake. I wanted to leave and think. They gave me everything I needed, info and numbers. They did not pressure or hassle me. I returned after a LONG lunchbreak and got my Cupcakes ring. We are both very happy. I will be back in the future. Thank you Chris and Anthony

We bought my engagement ring at this location and intially had a good experience. We got a 2 toned white and rose gold ring. I took my ring in to be rhodium plated because my white gold was fading. They rhodium plated over my rose gold and when I told them did not seem to really care and "scratched" it off. Since then my rose gold has not looked the same at all. They also did not mention their engraving machine was not working until after I pointed out my engraving was gone. I will not be returning to this location needless to say.

The guys at Jared are AMAZING! And I dont use that word lightly. I had worked out with my engagement ring on and knocked the diamond loose. I was on my way to an event and didnt want to go ring-less, so the people at Jared expedited my repair and had my ring fixed and polished right before my eyes. They were so helpful and understanding. Now I come to them for all my jewelry repair needs because they get it done fast and right. Fantastic staff, especially Anthony, Shana, and Carlos!

When Russ and I entered Jarieds we were immediately greeted and after asking for a certain salesperson, he appeared (Joe) and upon inquiring what we were looking for, he showed us exquisite marquise style engagement rings with a matching band and we also picked out Russ weddng band. Although we did not purchase the ring at that time, (Russ wanted to go back alone) I know I will be very pleased with our purchase for many years to come. Thank you Jaried!!!

The ring that I got was exquisite! We went back to pick out wedding bands and the service was excellent. They had a huge selection of both ladies and mens bands. They even took the time to to clean my ring and the other jewelry that I didnt buy from there. The complimentary cappuccino was delicious. I would definitely recommend this location to those looking for a great experience and complimentary services. I will be back for sure!
