This is my first year at Volstate so Im fairly new to Gallatin and its bookstores. I had planned to order my textbooks online like I always have and wait a week to get them. It wasnt until my sister told me about Textbook Brokers that I decided to order from them for an affordable price and speedy pickup. I was so relieved to be able to avoid shipping fees and longer wait times. The employees were eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. I believe one of their names is Chad. He was amazing. I called a few times and arrived at the store with pretty complicated situation, and Chad made it a good experience through it all. Thanks Chad! I will definitely be a returning customer for the semesters that follow.

Horrible, I will never use them ever again, I was charged full cost of two books I bought, received an email saying that it was just a late few, the day I received the email they charged me 200 dollars to my account without tell me then offered to buy the books for 80, then when I asked to speak to a manager I was ignored. I dont know who put the 5 stars on here but its clearly a rip off. Would only recommend to stay away!!
