I Have never had the best customer support ever at any retail store.. Just like they say.. If you bring your product in within 14-30 days, they can really help you out get you something that works better, or replace defected items to the max.. They will not let you leave there unsatisfied.. They even filled up my new tank that was previously broken and recommended I try new flavors.. They even have an area where you can put together your own flavor juice after they insert the proper organic pharm grade nicotine.. I left here a very have customer because they replaced all the defects that were wrong and explained what level of Watts would be consistent with the Mod I had.. Of course they had some really nice ones compared to me, so later on I may switch over.. The prices have gone down on the most incredible Mods since I first began to come there.. I mixed three different kinds of flavors and am so satisfied, that I even made up a name for my juice.. I find it very tasty. The only thing that I think they should drop prices in is possibly the filtration should be about 1 dollar cheaper.. I have been to other places and hey were about 1.25.. but besides that.. Excellent service, great staff.. They know everything there is to know about how to work every Mod in there and that is impressive.. One thing I did not like was that they did not sell separate parts of Mods that may have been misplaced.. You must order those online which can be kind of expensive... I should have got a rubber case for my Mod and that would have never Happened.. My new Juice is is like one of the best. 40% Kings Passage-40% LEPRECHAUNS JEWELS and 20% Cotton Candy..Great mix, very good and tasty and I get I got a pretty good idea how to mix them up good..Next time im going to use about 15% watermelon or hard candy might have been slightly better,, but this is fine.. I even named it : Titans Eclipse. I may create the next one called Titan Eclipse Evolution.. lol I love this place.. Thanks for all the awesome people working here and keep doing what your doing.. We usually get all our upgrades and supplies here, people are very friendly and helpful, though a little pricier than other stores. However, the wife and I were looking to purchase the Kanger SubBox kit today, which they carry for $89. Saffires across town in Cool Springs carries it for $79. I called Vapor Cafe to see if they would price match it, and they said they wouldnt. Considering the amount we have spent there over time, its disappointing to know they will let a $160 sale go over $20, which they would have gotten back anyways from oils and accessories. Ill drive across town from now on and save that extra. Thanks, VC.

Hands down the best vape shop, an house juice Ive experienced. And Ive been to and tried a lot. I Hate it when I have more knowledge about vaping than the person behind the counter, but this has Never happened at Vapor Cafe. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Ive been vaping and building my own coils for a while, but still did the coil class they offer with Andrew, the stuff he taught me was desperately needed. Hes awesome. I love running out of juice so I can go get some more and geek out about vaping for a while.

I wanted to like this place, but the three times Ive been in Ive had to wait to buy something (not a huge deal), but its pretty horrible customer service when someone the worker knows walks in and they help them while Im still waiting. There are plenty other vape shops in the area that give great customer service, so I walked out this last time and am headed to Battleground Vapor. Im not going to Vapor Cafe anymore.

Very knowledgeable and helpful!! I got a couple used mods from friends and knew nothing about vaping. I learned more in 20 minutes here than hours of searching the internet. Their in house liquids are awesome and cheaper than other places. Ive been to Saffire and felt like the kids in there cared more about the fact that they worked there than their customers.

I love Vapor Café. We went to another shop in a pinch and there is no comparison in quality. Kevin and Christina are wonderful! Badger Juice is the best juice and burns clean. All products are also top quality and the prices are very competitive! If you vape you must go to the café and check it out I guarantee you wont ever want to go anyplace else!

Been going here for a year now. Juices are delicious and the pricing isnt bad at all. The staff are friendly and will go out of the way to help you. My favorite juices so far is queens reserve, blueberry pie and dark matter. Ive tried tons of different yogurt flavors but this is by far the best. Kudos
