I DISLIKE , shopping at this particular PUBLIX. Ladies who work at customer service are very rude & unpleasent to talk too. They are not very friendly or helpful. I had an experience once with a younger lady who worked at customet service. I was trying to exchange some unopened diapers my husband got the night before I tried to exchange them (He got the wrong size) . I kindly told the cusotmer service associate that I simply wanted to exchange them for a different size . And she asks , did "I get them on a raincheck" . After telling her no , we didnt not get them on a raincheck , she still persisted to call a manger for approval. I didnt see what the big issue was if I was exchanging unopened diapers ? Very untrustworthy associate. Not very pleasent Publix to go. I would like to see more friendly associates & proffessionally trained customer service reps. Overall, I dont have a problem driving all the way downtown to go to the other publix to shop !

Amazing selection! Unless its an exotic ingredient, I dont have a problem finding anything at this store--and a lot of times their well-stocked international section has some of those exotic ingredients, too! The staff are super-friendly and never have an issue helping you find something or breaking packages down for you (meat department). The store is always clean--one of the cleanest grocery stores Ive ever visited! There are always staff members organizing the stock in the aisles, and they are more than happy to move out of your way--no worries there. This store is exactly what you would expect from any Publix. I love this store!!

I absolutely love shopping at this location. They are always friendly and polite, the store is clean and the restrooms maintained. The employees are always helpful without seeming pushy. Weve ordered a few cakes from the bakery and they have always been exactly what we wanted, plus fresh and tasty. My little ones also love it because of the car shopping carts, and the cashiers will normally give them stickers or coloring books. I will say the cheese selection at the store on Memorial drive is slightly better but that is the only thing I could say to improve on. :) Gladly will shop here again and again.

My family and I have always loved going to Publix because of their awesome customer service and the fact that they help carry our bags out because we always bring our children and have a bunch of bags. My wife recently visited with our 3 year old son and no one bagged the groceries or asked to help carry it out, there were workers standing around doing nothing watching her struggle. She had $230 worth of groceries. Yet the workers were helping people with two bags of groceries carry them out. It makes no sense. We will definitely be going to Kroger from now on.

Although this is a great place to shop the prices are high. The meat quality is on par with top-notch locations but a better deal can be found at the commissary. The parking is okay the people are staffed appropriately the service is above par. There are cakes are expensive but on par with the market. About a cake here communicated effectively which cake I wanted and style and they messed it up. I reiterated three times the exact Style through pictures and vocalizing my ideas. The final product was nowhere near what I was looking for.

I just tried Publix for the first time and I really like it. Ive been there three times and every time I went the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection of products. My only complaint is that I feel like it is sooo expensive. Ive lived in Missouri, Colorado, and Virginia and I feel like this is the most Ive ever paid for groceries. I dont know if its just the area or Publix, but Im going to have to look at other grocery stores in the area to compare.

The bakery personnel absolutely is unprofessional. They were not friendly, when asked about what an item was made of I was snubbed as if he was saying you should already know and I dont have time to explain it to you as he continued to mop the floor. Ive been a customer service manager for over 10 years and if one of my employees treated any customer in this fashion they would undoubtedly be terminated.

The staff at the bakery area needs to improve on their customer service skills they act as if you are not important and if someone is a good looking male they get better service, not alot of variety when it comes to baked goods, after my experience, I will never spend another dime at this store and location. The management should provide customer service training to the bakery section monthly.

I dont normally go to Publix, it is way out of my way! However I decided to stop this morning! The store was clean and organized! My bagger Jordan was polite and courteous! The young lady that was my cashier, Berit, was extremely friendly, and had an exceptional attitude! I will be back and if my experience is like this again, then youve earned a lifetime customer! Berit and Jordan, great job!

Always clean, not packed full, great selection, overall great experience. Prices are competitive too. I often buy deli and fruit trays for churches and events they have the best ones by far in the area. Their cold cuts party trays are good too. The only con is the location, not the best parking lot to drive in and out, unless you go during low traffic times.

This place is great! I have never been to Publix before but after going there I absolutely fell in love. It is not as huge as Walmart that is for sure. They bagged my groceries and took my cart to the car. They were very friendly and happy. They also have a great selection for your needs. There is also a pharmacy. This is my go-to grocery store.

The woman in Customer service who is very rude thinks because she has a little power she can act like a total B!!!!!! I hate cashing my work checks when she is the one doing the cash register I will avoid her at all cost....... The other women are sweet and kind and does not treat me like second class citizen.....

Absolutely the best! Fantastic selection of yummy treats and fresh baked breads! Cannot beat the deli selection of meats and cheeses and also hot entrees to go! I used their variety of party platters for my husbands retirement party and got raves! Best fruit selection in town! Very friendly staff!

Not much to choose from. Expensive and could not take a split payment. They did pay the 20$ difference which was nice but it was a hassle for them to figure out what to do. Never had that problem at Wal Mart... There are a few products there that Wal Mart doesnt have but not worth it to me.

They have the best Chicago hard rolls! Usually I come here for it! The products are very fresh and the quality is excellent l! There is some good deals here but it usually has high prices. But if you want quality, this is the place.... besides they have very polite and friendly staff!!

I think you get what you pay for, if you want high quality meat ,this is the place. If you need some ribeye cut to a special thickness, they are way happy to help you out. There fried chickens the best, along with there subs made to order. Fresh vegetables and fruits big and tasty.
