I went in to buy a new pair of shoes because the last ones I bought there were breaking down on the inside. I showed the manager because it was happening in a way that Ive never seen before. The manager Natalie went above and beyond and replaced the shoes for me even though I didnt have a receipt and they were bought a few months ago. It was such amazing customer service that I felt obligated to come on here and write a review. If you need shoes go there for the deals and the service!
