I recently bought a $160 pair of brook running shoes from finish line. Within the first few weeks the bottom of the right shoe was already falling apart. It was a clear case of defective shoes they sold me. However when I went back to the store to see what they could do, the store manager said they will not do a replacement. On the back of the reciept it states they would replace defective worn shoes within 45 days. However when I asked about this the manager said " The shoes were to defective for her to resale". This statement is absurd of course they are, if you could resale them I wouldnt be returning them in the first place. Rude service and unhelpful customer support. I will never be shopping at a finish line again after this experience.

This place lacks customer service. One employee asked if I needed anything and before I could answer she went elsewhere. Later, she came back and asked again but her friend walked in so I was dismissed again. I measured my babies feet in front of her and had to ask someone else for a size because she was still in conversation. The other employee didnt bother to see where his foot was at in the shoe or offer much advice. I almost bought them but decided not to after the rude service. As we were leaving, the employee engaged in conversation asked again half heartedly if we need help. I dont even think she realized we were leaving.

Great customer service! My mom is in town visiting and we tried to find her some new trail shoes, finish line was our last hit of the day. The lady helped my mom see what type of arch she had in order to pick out the most comfortable shoe. She walked out with some new great trail shoes and inserts for $110! Thats a deal for some nice Brooks. The lady was very friendly and helpful, and if youre reading this I hope you are taking things okay with the passing of your grandmother. It goes to shoe how great this employee was having a family member pass away the same day, and she was still so happy and helpful. We will be back again!

Great customer service, the manager was outstanding (Tishanja Davis) getting her hands dirty with her guys getting stuff done and saving me 80$ on a pair of brooks. I will defiantly enjoyed back.

I love finish line but I will no longer shop at the store in Clarksville tn.....New management that is an ass. I will drive to Nashville before I shop in Clarksville finish line again.

This is the worst finish line I have ever been to. They are not helpful rude, and dont really know anything about shoes. Make the trip to Nashville its worth it.
