Very poor judgment how they run the line for the Jordans there is gone to be a problem, people are gone begin to get into it because of how people are doing. My daughters got in line today with 7 people in front of her. People put chairs outside and never came back until the store open. Store open at 10am my daughter was there at 6am. The people never stood outside with her they just came and got in front of her talking about there chairs were there for 3hours. Thats not how the line is suppose to start. They use to have security to watch how people act and standing in line. My daughter told the nike town people chicago downtown. They didnt care about what happen or what can happen with people doing stuff like this they worker told my daughter well lets see what happen. So I feel he must know these people. They did nothing so if a fight would have broke out I feel nike town people in chicago downtown on Michigan street didnt care after my child told him what the people did and they did nothing or said nothing.

This is a great store if you know what to look for, and where to do so... but if youre a first timer like me, then you probably dont know where to go because its so gigantic. I mean, 5 levels with escalators?! Wow, this is one huge Nike store! This store deserves to be on the Magnificent Mile because it has such huge inventory. However, as youd expect for it being a big store, its hectic, and hard to maneuver yourself around. Also, the staff are hard to be seen. Theyre either helping other customers, or theyre non-existent. Im not going to give a 1-star rating because of that. While I had trouble myself, Im sure if you can find someone to help, youd have a good shopping experience there. Oh, and the Air Jordan logo made with bunch of golden Air Jordan shoe silhouettes are pretty cool.

Nike Town, has been around Chicago for quite some time, and over the last year or so, they have completely remodeled the store for the better. This is the place where you want to go for any of the Nike launch events. If you are a big Air Jordan sneaker fan, this is the place where you will line up to get a pair. Not much on the big sales, if any at all; but then again that is why they have the Nike Factory Stores. I am part of the Nike Run Club that meets every thursday at 6:30 at this location, and I can say their staff is very knowledgeable in helping you pick the right shoes for your training. Furthermore, they have a Nike ID station, where you can custom make shoes and shirts, which is by all regards easier than doing it online.

who hires these people? There are employees in that building that maintain a stuck up attitude, NO ONE is helpful what so ever, the apple store is RIGHT NEXT DOOR the service is different, When you enter the Apple store you are greeted and assisted with someone who has product knowledge, A PROFESSIONAL, not some sales pusher with a job, I would have spend money with anyone that can sell me the dream that I need a $230+ sneaker if it will be explained about its benefits, HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARENT ATHLETIC? providing "BRAND EXPERIENCE" is engaging with the consumer and bringing the same passion for sports and products

I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am going to sound uppity here but I actually do purchase products here unlike many tourists. I live in the area and it is where I shop. It is always crowded. Nobody likes crowds but I understand the hype of the store and most of the people who will be in there just looking around. If you are a fan of Michael Jordan I do suggest just stopping in to look at the display of all his shoes. Anyone who goes here looking for deals should just turn around. This store only has the latest items and does not have anything on sale.

Put on hold 4 times when all I asked is if they had bookbag. They couldnt answer my question in a timely manner then they transferred me to a line that no one ever answered. plus to get there is a hassle you have to pay for parking any savings you think you might get goes right out the window when you pay for the extremely high parking fees around nike town poor customer service plus what I just mentioned wasnt to my liking now this was just my experience maybe others have had great ones but Ill leave that up to you guys sincerely disappointed customer.

I only visited this location for about ten minutes because the particular style of shoe I was looking for wasnt available, but I went through a process that included Nikes service. The shoes there, from my past experience, have been good and high quality. The service at different locations are different but theyre all not too bad. This is a big location, almost like a warehouse, and usually has a okay amount of people milling about in the shop at every hour. Id like to say that this Nike store is more busy in the afternoons, but I cannot confirm that.

Beautiful and well designed store. Has almost an industrial feel which is perfect for Chicago. All the newest gear is available and the store takes pride in the city where they are located. Lots of Nike Chicago gear for all the pro teams, local marathons, etc. A few times a week there is a Nike Running Club (NRC) where professional coaches and Pacers (employees and volunteers) run and train with anyone who is interested in running to improve their physical fitness or train for an upcoming race. Its completely free and a lot of fun.

My boyfriend is really into sneakers so we made it a point to visit this store while on our trip to Chicago. Out of all the staff at this place, after visiting both the first and second floor, not one person spoke to us. Not even a mutter or smile. Nothing! I witnessed other guests being offered assistance, asked how they were doing and being greeted at the door but not once were we acknowledged. Very rude and off putting. Just disappointing especially for someone who was ready to spend their money! We wont be back.

I have been into many Nike stores around the country. This nike store was very clean and the apperance was trendy, however I was dissapointed by the amount of female attire in the store. Three floors were dedicated to male clothing and only a small section of womens clothing. I was sad about the small amount of clothing. Once I finally did find something I wanted, I went to check out and they had ran out of bags. I had to carry the pair of my pants in my pocket the rest of the day.

The place is nice. The first floor has better service than the 2nd floor. The staff upstairs just stand there looking at you knowing you need help. Came here with my brother and once we asked for help this guy looked pissed. This staff guy was literally just talking a friend about the bulls, like bro its cool if youre catching up but do your job. Its not that hard "buddy". All it took you to help us was 3 minutes. You couldve told us where else to look or at least order online.
