Ich war heute im Timberland Shop. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und geduldig. Der Shop ist eher klein, hat aber trotzdem ein schönes Sortiment.

Great store with plenty of options for those long Windy City winters. If this is your first winter in Chicago, youll want to swing by this store for sure. Right on Michigan Ave, and theyve got a great staff to help find the perfect pick. Love my boots and (cant believe Im saying this) cant wait for winter.

Came here looking for a very specific boot that they didnt happen to have (it was well-reviewed on Amazon, perhaps an older version). The salesperson brought out a similar boot with the features I needed and a style I liked. Great experience.

Customer service was outstanding. bought a pair of boots there a couple of months ago and there was a problem with stitching on one of the soles of the boot and they exchanged it without a question. I was very impressed.
