No shoes available in the ladies section for size 11 plus. Cluttered and not one employee said a word to me, that is my reason for one star. The side walk as a messy table stacked with purses. You walk in and no one greets you. Theres an officer standing there just watching you. The aisle are cluttered, theres no really clear idea of what is where, and where one style of shoes starts and ends. I figured a store stacked with shoes would carry a ladies 12 but no one stopped to even talk to me. So Ill never know. I will most likely not return.

Bought a $50 pair of shoes and wore them around the house one day to see if I liked them, but I decided to return them because they were too small. When I get to the store I try to return them and they would not give me a refund because they could see "wear" on the shoes and could not resell them. But offered to stretch them but it would take 48 hours. I lost $50. I get better service at walmart.

Great Place, Great Service! I have a large-wide foot, a 12-4E, and until I discovered this place, it was nearly impossible to purchase shoes anywhere other than the internet. The best selection of large shoes I have EVER seen.

I have been in several Shoe Stations on the Gulf Coast and the Pensacola store is by far the best. It is always very neat and clean and the staff and management are great. They are always very helpful and friendly.
