Absolutely amazing shoe repair. You have to give praise where praise is due. I took my favorite pair of boots to Jensen because within a year I had worn through the cheap, thin soles another repair shop put on them. I spoke with Lupe, the man who does the shoe repair at Jensen, and ask him if he could put a thicker, tougher sole on them. He said no problem - hed order me one. I also asked him if he could replace a broken zipper pull on the boots. He said no problem to that too. I figured it might take a couple of weeks. Within five days I get a call saying they were ready. I went to pick them up and not only were they were absolutely perfect - they were ten times better than the day I bought them. Lupe not only glued on the beefy new soles, he also stitched them (they way the manufacturer should have done it). And he didnt just repair the broken pull, he replaced the entire zipper on both of them. The craftsmanship and the quality of the repairs was remarkable; and Im not an easy man to please. So the bottom line: Lupe, if by chance youre reading this, thank you, sir. You are a true artisan and craftsman. Its incredibly rare these days to find someone who cares about their craft and quality. You are, indeed, a rare find and I truly appreciate your work. And for that, you and Jensen have earned a customer for life.

I brought in my rowing shoes which were blown out at the soles. Lupe looked at them and said they could be fixed but it would be about 10 days since he was just getting back from vacation. These shoes are used in my rowing shell and I row almost every day. Without them I cant row. I explained my circumstances and he said he would try to call me in 4 days. Twenty four hours later I got a call that my shoes were done!! When I arrived to pick them up Lupe said he could also reinforce the soles by stitching them down but would have to use white thread, the soles were black. Not a problem, I said. I was impressed that he was willing to do a quality job but wanted to check with me first. All my shoes will go to Jensens for repair from now non.

This family has been in business for over 50 years now! They provide excellent customer service and knowledge to start your healing process one step at a time. Its so nice to meet such an experienced and courteous staff. Ive personally been in the Service Industry (restaurants) for over 15 years... You dont have time to sit, no matter what your position is (server, bartender, manager, etc.). I definitely recommend stopping by if you want a quality shoe that lasts and will absolutely ease those days/nights at work!

Jack Jensen gets the credit for my being able to walk at all at this point in time. When I started going to him almost 2 years ago, my feet were so painful I could barely walk. His orthotics and shoes gave me immediate relief. I benefitted from even more relief gradually. My walking is not perfect as I have a lot of arthritis and other joint problems, but I dont think I would be on my feet if it werent for Jensens Shoes. The only orthotics and shoes I wear come from Jensens. Thank you Jack Jensen. Jeannie

Like every other shoe store, they just sold me what they had, not what fit. I wear a very large size, and for the last 60 odd years shoe stores try to sell me the one pair of shoes they have that are near my size, because thats all they have. But going to Jensens I wasnt on my guard because of their reputation. Turns out they did the same thing, and werent interested in hearing my later complaints. So I just threw away a pair of shoes costing almost $400.00.

I brought in 2 pairs of boots that had worn down heels. Lupe had them both fixed up better than when I bought them. Perfect color match and perfect size match. He went the extra step and even shined both pairs of boots prior to pickup. I would have been completely satisfied just with the level of craftsmanship on the heels—but the surprise shoe shine was the icing on the cake. Thank you Lupe!! I will send anyone who asks me about shoe repair straight to you!!

Was not happy at all, the shoes sold to me were a size and half to large and i was told i could walk out the store with them, after wearing a few days, I was constantly triping which caused extended pain to my knee. So I went to take shoes back and they would not refund my money , just give another pair of shoes that do not help. I do not want anyone else to be scammed by this store. So i wanted to post this.

I would not send anyone I know to them . The shoe I bought hurt my feet bad . every time I called they would say they would have to call me back i never got a call back . I live over a hour away so it not easy for me to go up there and there could care less they are all bout making that sell and ones you spent over 300 dollars for there shoe they are done with you .

Wonderful repair service! Brought my boots in to have the soles and heels replaced as well as polished and conditioned. Lupe came and looked at them and said no problem! Dropped them off Wednesday and they were ready by Friday. They look great, a bit tight after the repair, but thats the nature of boots. Wonderful service and affordable!

I couldnt walk for five years due to Mortons neuroma. I gained weight. I came to Jensens before I left for a long walking tour. Their orthotics and larger shoe size made it possible for me to hike without pain. Since then I can exercise, hike and get good looking shoes and be pain free. Big find. Changed my life.

This is the place to find comfortable shoes and inserts properly fitted by knowledgeable personnel. If price is your primary concern, this is not the cheapest place to buy shoes. However, if you want high quality that will last for years, and enjoy comfort, this is a great place.
