I usually love this store but over the years the quality and selection has gone down. Buckles and straps broken in both Murfreesboro and cool Springs stores as well as smelly and worn insoles. Most recently I just went to cool Springs and looked at a pair of Michael Kors rain boots with obvious discoloration. Now apparently there were two sets of the same with heavy discoloration but with different prices marked at $49.99 And $59.99. The pair I had most likely matched together despite The discolor. The sales lady never once smiled and had a rude attitude and just looked at the bottom and said "these dont match." She then proceeded to get the other pair where she mixed and match3d them like cups on a table. I knew which one I chose bc again the pair I chose had similar discoloration where it matched the most. She had no clue which ones went together..but told me I was wrong and which I politely passed on the rain boots then took the pair back behind the counter where she got the white marker to rewrite the price. She needs an attitude adjustment. Sad to say I probably wont be going back to either stores as well as several of my clients have told me how they havent liked the store the last times theyve gone. This last visit with the rude attendant sealed the deal for me. I hate it bc I love to support faith based businesses but still expect friendly staff. Why not just let me purchase the pair of boots even though they were priced off different but were the exact same as the other both with terrible discoloration? Get the $50 dollar revenue instead of letting it sit on the shelf. No one will buy a pair of boots w obviously different discolorations that dont match at all. Just sayin.

AMAZING!! I went to the Cool Springs/Franklin location and went in just to check out the store and see what it was all about... An hour later, I walked out the door with 4 new pairs of shoes for just under 100 bucks! Where else can you get designer names for such an amazing price?! NOWHERE! My favorite black heels just died on me today (after having their caps replaced three times - its time to say goodbye) so I will be heading to Marti and Liz to replace them and who knows what else I may walk out with this time... Definitely check them out if your in the neighborhood. You dont be disappointed.

I like the shoes and price. But the staff not that great i had so many shoes i ask if they could hold at the register they told me they trip over them in a carry basket. Said if i left them sitting on counter i take a chance that meant they would let someone get them. I was still looking for shoes and they talking so loud about the shoes i had thought it was rude and not good customer service.

Absolute terrible return policy. Disrespectful Manager. Ive shopped there for a long time. Ive only asked for one return out of 20 to 30 purchases and it was due to defect. Paid cash and they didnt have another pair in stock. No cash return authorized. Only store credit. BUYER BEWARE!

Marti and Liz is completely hit or miss! Ive been in there dozens of times and sometimes I walk out with no shoes and sometimes I cant leave until I pick out of my five great finds! If you arent successful the first time, dont hesitate to come back because it has lots to offer!
