Diamond Outlet made the stressful engagement ring purchasing process as hassel free and stress free as was possible for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and not pushy. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different stones and bands they had and were quite patient in letting my fiance decide what she liked and didnt like. They also informed me of certain qualities of diamonds and certain questions to ask if I chose to shop somewhere else, so I wouldnt get scammed or ripped off, which I really appreciated. When I purchased the ring they finished it quickly, within a week. I actually didnt like the stone I had selected and was able to return it and have them change out the stone, which they did very quickly. They were very courteous and helped me stay within my budget. They have a great selection of styles, with a gambit of vintage looks to contemporary designs and a good set of price points. Probably the most humbling part was when I saw how great of a deal I got on the ring I got! It was appraised for way more than I got it for--what a blessing! My fiance is constantly getting compliments on her ring. We also purchased wedding bands there and had a very similar experience. I strongly recommend visiting this place if youre trying to find a ring.

I needed a special-order Waterford Crystal item for a last-minute wedding gift. Helen went out of her way to not only help me get the item quickly, but also found me a local specialty engraver to add names without paying an extra rush charge from the manufacturer. While I was there, Chuck, the master jeweler adjusted my watch band for free. They treated me like family, although it was a relatively small purchase. By the way, the Star 129 diamond comparison is extraordinary. Worth the trip just to see that amazing diamond.

I had 3 rings that needed repair. All 3 needed to be resized and my engagement ring needed to be reset....since the prongs opened and the diamond fell out. I was so impressed with the outcome. They really are great I got my wifes engagement and wedding bands and they service it for free had a loose diamond no problem they also service my wedding band that was not purchased from them no problem THERE GREAT!!!!
