The lady in there was rude. My coworker and myself stopped into the west columbia location this week. He spent about $70 and I was looking at the doctor Burts shampoo. Seemed great, reviews were good, but like any other normal person. I wanted to make sure it smelled ok. There was no plastic seal, or safety seal. I popped the cap off and thought it smelled great. So I was taking one last wif and about to put the cap on. Then the little Indian lady there started talking to me like a 5 year old trying to pour paint on the Mona Lisa. She said "you not open", and "your not allowed". I said Im sorry maam, its shampoo. I then offered to show here the bottle and she continued on with her rant. So I asked her, "do you not smell the shampoo at Wal mart before you buy it?". She then carried on in the same broken English rant. Very disrespectful. Theres a new vitamin shoppe in lexington. I will gladly go their, and to 14 carrot in Lexington.

I am reviewing the website only, and the poor rating is due entirely to the fact that no matter how hard my watering eyes look, I cannot find the store hours. You have something I need. I have some money, but I dont know when you will be there. Please make this info OBVIOUS to the weak and ill.

Owner was very Rude,needs deportation ,talking in Spanish, like i didnt know what she was saying. She didnt like gringos. She let me stand there ,waiting for her to ask to help me. Then she got very, rude,when I finally did.

I stopped by there today to pick up some protein. The lady who owns the place was very kind and she asked me about school and we talked for a few minutes. It was a quick and enjoyable experience.
