I bought a car yesterday they detailed it and made it look all nice and pretty but there was like some type of cat litter and mold and mildew under the spare tire and under the back seat they cleaned it all off for me and made it look all pretty and all that stuff Ive asked the general manager to do to give me a call I havent heard from anything about it Ill put $800 down on a $1,300 down vehicle I still owe them $500 I love the car and I want to keep the car but my son is highly allergic to mold and mildew and I had to rearrange my entire schedule for the next several days to make sure the mold and mildew smell gets out until I hear from them I almost dont want to pay the extra $500 and Ill ask to see if they can just chalk the $500 because the fact I had to lose money the next day on my work hours I just got full custody of my son just couple days ago and I got DSS down my case and I just dont want to lose my son because the back I gotta take him back to the hospital if he has a major reaction because he carries epic pins around and theyre $800 apiece and I dont need them on my case because of mold and mildew in my car I still want the car in to get the car Ill still make my monthly payments but I feel like I dont I should not pay the other $500 on the down payment but I had great service with them

Hello i came to Auto World on 12/9/2016 and walk into Mr. Lou a very smart and sweet worker. He show me a truck i didnt like but the crazy part is this man dont know me and he just knew what i was looking for a truck that what you call a very good sale man . I told him what truck i want and he made it work for me to get that truck and he made a work with what i had to put down. i know a couple of people who are look for cars and i am sending them all to him he a very good salesperson thanks Mr Lou keep up the good work and my friends and family will see you soon

So i purchased 3 cars from this dealer all of them were lemons. Then after they gave ke a car that was f**ked up my car was at there shop across the street and they stole shoes from me and my clothing and cds out of my car. Friends do yourself a favor go and Holla at the fellas at Godwin motors they got what you need. Auto world is a joke now on top of all of this they wont return my down payment so i have to sue these losers this has been the worst experience of ny 32 years on this earth you cheated out of my money and stole my things

First of all they charge you an outrageous down payment and pay triple what its worth. They put trackers on there vehicles so if your late on your payment they shut off the vehicle. A man therw name Chris will lie on you to the owners so that if you get in a bind they will not work with you. I was with them for two years and they are the worst. Dont do business with them unless its your last result. You will regret it.

I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They do not provide the car facts when requested. The auto repair shop partnered with the dealership does not repair any issues with the vehicle properly; used parts are used which is unacceptable. Every problem and solution is detected by assumption, never by facts!
