Take all stars away. On October 19th 2016 I am hard working mother of 3 my husband is sick with IBS I support my family. I put a 900 dollar down payment on a 2005 Ford Excursion. At first they tried to get me to sign a paper that the vehicle amount was $11,199 I noticed it and said something he said oh Im sorry I printed the wrong paperwork with the wrong amount Ill print one with the correct amount value of 7999 they told me I had an interview the next morning at 9 a.m. with the finance company thats ironically right across the street I went and I spoke with the lady there I did have a few complaints about the vehicle a few hours later I got a phone call that half of my income for monthly was going to be decreasing becuse of two deaths I immediately went back down there I told her that I cannot afford the $300 a month payments I would just like to turn the car in and just want my $900 back I only had the vehicle for 18 hours I offered them to keep $100 and just give me 800 because I had the car for 18 hours I figured that was fair when I went and spoke with go Acceptance she told me she had nothing to do with my down payment that they only finance the rest of the vehicle so I went back to emj auto I spoke with the sales rep there and told him my situation explain to him what was going on that Im losing half of my income Im not going to be able to afford $300 a month and Im turning the vehicle back in can I please just have my 900 down payment back emj says we have nothing to do with that its the finance company so for 3 hours I drove back and forth trying to figure out who I could talk to about just getting my deposit back and returning the vehicle in the same condition I drove it away in come to find out later on that day nobody wanted to talk to me I asked for a letter asking why I couldnt have my down payment back go Finance says I cant give you a letter for that I also pulled up the Kelly Bluebook Value of the vehicle is between 3,100 and $4,100 so theyre double charging for the price of a used vehicle I went there today October 21st 2016 I spoke with the owner he said no you cannot have your down payment back as I was leaving he said so youre not going to take the vehicle I said no I cant afford it he said good its going to go on your credit through the finance company right now Im putting it on there theres nothing you can do about it and he also said called someone else that I had previously purchased a vehicle from and spoken to them it was about a vehicle that was total during the hurricane I called them after I left there that company says that person has never called us they never spoken with this man at emj at all and its none of their business in the first place so now Im out $900 I have no way to get back and forth to work for my children two doctors appointments I have nothing so this man took away everything I had over $900 I was being fair and this is just doing business wrong I couldnt afford the vehicle and at the moment I couldnt afford it I immediately went back and said look this is what happened he has no sympathy no empathy for No One all I got back from my totaled vehicle was $1,000 and 900 of that went to him now I have no vehicle and no money to get another vehicle I want everyone to know my story and what happened to me and this is wrong and it shouldnt have to happen to anybody there should be some type of law that protects the consumer from unforeseen events

This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Not even 24 hours after I purchase my truck it broke down. The dealership then gave us a loaner and that broke down due to the dealership not having radiator fluid in the radiator. I then took the truck back to ask it to get fixed they would not provide a loaner and they would not fix the truck this all happened over the course of four days. The manager, Todd, said to me that he will not refund my down payment of $1000 if I return the truck. His answer to me was to get a lawyer. This is how this dealership conducts business. Save yourself the headache the hassle in the fraudulent practices of this dealership and buy a car elsewhere. Make sure you pass the word along to save other people from going through what myself and my family has gone through. We now have a broken down truck that we are stuck with and the dealership will not do anything about it.

As my first experience with this group, I was pleasantly surprised at how delightful everyone was ! As a woman, it can be daunting to deal with the men in the auto business ! Brian Simmons was exceptionally helpful and kind. He worked with me to see that I got the best car at the best price, and I walked away a VERY HAPPY GIRL ! I just wish I could have kept him as part of the package ! A highly recommended dealer, SO HEY LADIES ~ FEAR NOT!!! 5 STARS !!

I have been treated very poorly. Several attempts to remedy issues did not get corrected. Never deal with you again. Just in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. After being treated so poorly and provide poor service I purchased the new vehicle from another dealer. Pretty sorry how you treat loyal clients/ customers.
