For a person that at the time was always renting a car due to searching for my own. I had never rented from the Greystone location. Normally I would go to the one in Harbison or off Broad River road Irmo. But due to the fact that this location was close to my job is the reason why I went to it. I was in there for a hour and a half waiting for them to give me a car then for them to clean it. Then upon getting the car it wasnt the rental I had reserved. Had to come back to the location on Monday to try and get a replacement. That took another 45 mins. When I returned the vehicle after having to sign another contract for the car. I was informed that my deposit was going to be refunded and it was not. This has happened more than once. When I called about it I was told that I was not owed it which is not what I was told. In which I was charged the amount of the deposit which $150 twice after I was told that I wouldnt be. Then having double payments coming on the same day for different amounts. Then the second vehicle I had blew a tire in which I was told by the Triple A mechanic that if the screw that he saw sticking out of it the tire would have blew on me while I was driving. In which I informed the agents at Enterprise about this and they acted as if they were unfazed by it. So I do appreciate the helpfulness from the managers Chris and Brian and two other guys but everything else that went on makes me rethink ever going back to enterprise especially when my whole family and myself uses them for rentals.

I went to Columbia, SC for family and friends day at Fort Jackson Army Base to visit my daughter. On Wednesday I called at 1:00pm to order a rental car for the duration of my trip. Will by 3:00pm I called back because no one came to pick us or called me back, well by that time I was told that every office was closed and I had to wait, and there was nothing that could be done. I never got the car on Wed and was left stranded on the Army Base until about 8:30 that night. I was with my sister and she began to feel ill by the time we were able to get a cab back to our hotel we were wore out and disappointed that we were forgotten by Enterprise car rental service. We were then able to get a car the next morning however we missed the graduation at the Army Base because we were renting a car that we should have gotten the day before. I did speak with a supervisor which offered little to no assistances she was every apologetic but offered little solution to a forgotten visitor in Columbia SC. If I was to rate The Enterprise car rental on the job left undone on Wednesday 11/11/15 you get zero stars because I never got the car that day and was stranded . But stars for Thursday 11/12/15 will be 1/2 star because I missed the graduation which was the purpose for my trip. The young man that waited on me gets 5+ stars. He was very respectful and accommodating so to him Thank You.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. After taking my parents to a dearlership prior, I convinced them to check out Enterprise and we were not disappointed. Tiffany was very friendly, professional, and respectable. I enjoyed every part of the process. It was simple too! For the first time I was asked what I wanted; what i needed. Tiffany made sure everything went smoothly, and made sure everyone was comfortable. The experience was easy, and i never felt pressured into getting something i didnt need, no up selling here. I had to wait a day for a car {that i did purchase} to arrive and test drive it. which was not an issue, it gave me the time i needed to do my homework on the cars too. Anything that I felt uncomfortable about, or i noticed with the car, Tiffany made a note of it and handled it! Jay was awesome. He explained every part of the process to me with ease. He didnt make me feel uncomfortable if i had to decline some of the best products they had to offer either. I really appreciated being able to call and not be tossed around. Anyone I talked to was helpful, and made sure i was able to find what i need. Thank you, Tiffany, Jay and Cass. for the wonderful service. You have gained a loyal customer!

I was called by Ms. Shavon on a Monday as I was sitting in the chair of another car dealer shop, but things were not sounding good to my eras. I was happy to have called her back and she gave me the great news about having found me a car that fit my financial needs and other great perks. I went to the company the next day and things got on the way, and yes I was very pleased when she took me for a ride in the car. Everyone at the shop was very polite, professional, and willing to help in getting me going with my new car. I just their family spirit that they have with each other at Enterprise and how they make sure that each of their customers are very well satisfied with their purchase. I went home for the 4th of July weekend and told my sister, aunt, and sister-in-law about going to Enterprise in Spartanburg, SC to purchase their next cars. Thank you all for being so family oriented and professional!!!

I used the Greystone location and the initial interaction was great. Great pickup easy rental process and very friendly. However, my overall impression is horrible. I left items in the car and called Enterprise for 10 days straight requesting to look through the car myself. I was assured that once the car returned I would be contacted. As soon as the car returned it was rented back out and I was never contacted. When I Calle d them on day 11 they stated they had my items so I drove 20in its during my lunch and they didnt presente with anything close to what I had described. The resonate I got was "sorry". I contacted corporate and was assured a return call and have yet to hear from anyone. Used to love this place but never again.

We had a great experience. I think that was mainly because of the person we dealt with, Natasha. She was real, sincere and professional. She first sent us a map, address, phone number, etc by phone as to how to get to the car place. That was just the beginning, after we had brought the car we wanted a cargo mat for our Rav4. She called, got all the information as in price, phone number, address. And then she even ordered them for us. She gave customer service a whole new meaning, I hope the company knows what a gem they have in her. She didnt leave out not one detail and explained everything perfectly. We felt like we got a great deal because of her honest approach and just her personality. Thanks Natasha.

WOW! What a pleasure. I had been surfing the web and talking to several dealers and had experiences with salespeople and price comparisons already memorized. Then I called and Met Sam Matthews at the Columbia, SC office. He was fantastic! Got me the make and model I had been searching for but it was a 2016 with less than 18K at a price less than 2015 models with more mileage elsewhere. He got me $400 more for my old old trade in than elsewhere, and financing took 10 minutes! He is FedExing me a new factory manual that wasnt in the car, and has cheerfully answered 2 telephone questions about features after the sale. Ive lived a long time and this is the BEST experience ever of buying a car.
