WORST auto repair experience of my life. They (did not finish) rebuilding engine in my Chevy Van. I cracked the head of my engine, felt like a fool and needed a solution. They gave me a quote a couple hundred lower than others to rebuild. The price went up multiple times. They broke stuff, like an AC line and 1st said they would pay for it cause they broke it, then they would pay for the part only and then charged me for labor of install. This was a few years ago so I cant remember exact numbers but original quote was lets say $2,000. At the end of 3 or 4 tries to leave with my vehicle I had given them $2,700+ and the engine ran like crap. I spent another $700 for a real mechanic to attempt to correct the crappy work they did. There may be a nice person working in there who does not deserve this rating but I dont really care. Businesss who act like this should face 3rd degree felony charges.

It was probably mostly on me. I mean theyre used car sales people. You negotiate the best deal and leave pleased. But what did they know that they didnt reveal. You save a few hundred bucks knowing you will have to spend a little money...but when the tranny fails, I dont know...is that "buyer beware" or was I taken???. Lot of junk on their lot...and not for cheap. I wont buy from them again and I drive by every day and am tempted to look, Im a car guy and love having a car project. Over the last 30 years Ive bought cars from all around Brevard, some places Ill go back to and some I wont. Others might have better luck than me... I hope you do.

I bought a 2001 VW Passat from these guys. they assured me that nothing was wrong with it and their "professional" mechanics worked on it and i would have no problems. Within a week of me driving the car John sold me the check engine light comes on. When i call in to ask if something can be worked out they tell me, "your car isnt defective its just used" This is a great place to get maybe a first car or something in a tight spot but dont expect anything quality.

Really unprofessional! I brought my car for ac compressor and dryer replacement, but they didnt replace the dryer at the end and they didnt even ask me for that! So what happen is they broke my brand new AC compressor! I would not recommend anyone to fix their car there!

Lol. Really I dont know how this place is still in business. And please dont try to rent a hallway out with a desk in a corner and expect 700 for it.
