I will never buy anything from this store again. First off it took 20 minutes for me to get help. I was given the wrong wig than what I asked for. I spoke to 3 different people to find out that Im stuck with it. The fact that it is same day and never been worn, you would think they could at least do some sort of store credit. I really just wanted to exchange. They did nothing to try and help. I spent my money on a product that I didnt even want. To top it off the last lady I was on the phone with got really defensive to the fact that I said that the lady that was helping me gave me the wrong product. I use to come here all the time now that there is this new staff and their not focused on customer satisfaction, I will not be back. I will let anyone who asks me not to give their money to these people.
