I take an anti depressant, Duloxetine. When I ran out of my medicine and asked a pharmasist for an emergency supply, they refused! This is unacceptable!! You cant just do that to people on psychoactive medicine! Its been a week now cold turkey, and I am having awful depression. Also their service is deplorable. I walked in one time to drop off a perscription and they made me wait in line for 20 minutes just to drop it off. I could have just gave them the paper and left, but no! I had to wait in line to give them the paper. When I finally got up to the girl behind the counter she just took the paper and didnt ask me any questions..... What was the point of waiting in line?!?!

If I could write this a zero I would. I always have a horrible experience here. They tell you your prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and they never are. They do not call to inform you when they either do not have a certain type of prescription youre waiting on or to let you know its going to be a lot longer than what they originally told you. Horrible customer service horrible workers. I felt and tried to be patient with them the last year and Im done Im going over to CVS!

Very happy with this Walgreens location. Molly is great, and the pharmacist always takes the time to explain and ask questions about new medications, which is important since I am a transplant patient.
