I called and ask them about Milky Way hair. The lady stated, "No we dont have that but we have model model and its made by Milky Way. What kind of Milky Way are you looking for?" I stated," Pure." She stated,"Oh yeah, we have model model and its like the Milky Way Pure and we are having a sell on it for 2/less then $45." I drove 35 min to come and buy about 8 packs because I was thinking it was a good deal, but its the model model hair thats not like pure. The hair was model model but it wont last 1 month. I required about the dreamy by model model and thats like the pure. Thats $35 a pack and I couldve stayed in my home town and bought Milky Way pure for that much. Smh.... So unprofessional!!!!! I told the lady about the dreamy is like the pure but thats not the hair was on sell!!!! Wow... I feel like it was so wrong but I wont be back there!!! Im mad because thats gas money and my time wasted!!! Thanks Town Beauty Supply. Be honest next time instead trying to get someone to come to your store. I wouldve bought the dreamy hair if she wouldve been honest or stated,"Im sorry it was my mistake." Just act like you dont care and I told you where I was coming from.... That speaks volume about your loyalty to your customers. Have a bless day!!! That was my experience with this particular store. Back to my hometown!!!

Second time in store, went in with my hubby shopping for wigs. I actually enjoyed shopping there, they didnt treat me like I was going to shoplift (big plus). I work hard and want to spend my money where people treat me well. They offered me a member card and the older gentleman at the check out was very nice. I will shop there again. Thank you!
