I walked into the store and there were 2 ladies, I said hello and neither responded and went on with their conversation about something. It took me a while to find what I was looking for since it was my first time there and neither of the ladies bothered to ask if I needed any help. When I came to check out, I said hello again and one of them responded and one who cashed me out continued with her story. After she gave me my receipt, I saidI said thank you, I still didnt get a word out her and I honestly shouldnt have been the one saying thank you. I went there because of the great reviews I read and I dont know if there were different people then but this experience didnt mirror what I read before going in.

I bought a half bulk of hair and they tried to tax me for the full bulk plus the half bulk! And wanted to justify it..lol watch your money. Customer loss over a dollar..lol so be it. Great beauty supply store called future on clark..checkem out

Great selection of hair and products. My only issue is they sometimes dont have items regularly stocked. So if you see something you like, you should buy a lot of it because it may not be there when you return (or ever again).

I live in Medina County and there arent many hair stores out here. My hair stylist told me about this store and I can see why!! Easy on the pocket and the employees are very friendly and helpful! Definitely will be back!!

I walked in expecting to pay $100 for a bundle of hair. Walked out, spending less than $100 for FOUR bundles of hair, hair glue and glue removal cream. Ill be back!
