Jamco need to examine their merchandise every 3-6 months. I purchased a nose ring on Saturday, when I got inside my car I noticed the silver nose ring to appear tainted, I thought maybe I was given the wrong color. As I thoroughly examined the nose ring, the nose ring was in fact rusty. So I called in to speak to a store manager. He tried to play me like I switched out the nose rings. I told him, what if I put that rusty nose ring in my nose and encountered an infection, then Jamco would have some future legal issues. Moral of the story: Examine your merchandise more often, also you shouldnt treat all your customers like crooks. Customers come first even if you think theyre wrong. If you want a thriving establishment make sure you have some customer service skills. Everyone is not trying to scam you for a $2.99 nose ring.

This morning around 11:30 a.m., I called Jamco Beauty Supply Store to place a very large order of hair and asked the man (he did not want to give a name) to price me 30 wigs. He did not want to, and asked me to leave my name and number which I have did numerous times and never received a call back. On top of that they did not answer the phone when I called back and he hung up on me countless amount of times, I do not appreciate being treated like that or hung up on.

I love this store and the people who run it. They are extremely friendly (which is something you dont always get at the Asian stores). Its local and I believe the people who own it are Black (Please correct me if Im wrong). They have a great selection of products. I went here for an old school hot comb and they had it! I thought I was going to have to go to several stores to find one. So I was very impressed. And they are very reasonably priced.

I have been a customer at Jamco since it was in the old Gaston Mall, Allen the owner and the staff is always very professional, friendly and helpful I have been able to find the products or suggest products that they would get for me ....I refer people all of the time. Friendly environment too.

I purchase two packs of hair from there the owner indicated this was HUMAN HAIR. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NOT. When my stylists tried to curl the hair it burned. I am furious. Please be very careful of what you purchase from them.
