Not really too helpful. I was going to make a supply run here for some hair and various products and the customer service over the phone lacked significantly. I called to ask a question about a product and the gentleman on the phone was vague and didnt seem to care about informing me. He said "Well I dont know. Id have to go to the back of the store...but Im busy..." I can see if he advised me to call back in a few minutes or offered to call me back, but damn. Home boy wasnt having any of that. So I said "Okay..." and he said "Alright, bye." In case the owner is reading this review, this was 12:15 on a Tuesday. If it was the owner I spoke to, must be nice to have your own store so you can treat potentially paying customers like swine feces and not have to answer to anyone for your lack of professionalism. Lame. Im quite disgusted. I would have taken the time to write a better review, but sorry, Im busy.

The people are so nice and helpful. Also they have demonstrated time and time again that they are about custermer service rather than just selling you needless stuff to make a quick buck. Based on the 3 times Ive had a chance to buy my hair supplies from them, and the way Ive been treated courteously all times, TCBS has definitely earned my business and my recommendation for anyone looking for hair supplies. :)

I love this place... Im new too Fort Myers and this is the second beauty supply store that Ive been to and I must say it reminds me of the beauty supply stores back in Miami ... The staff is always smiling and always willing to help you ... I have yet to find another beauty supply store as awesome as this one. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!

I have visited this store multiple times. I have now purchased seven wigs from here. All amazing quality! The ones I have purchased range from $30-$175 (human hair wig). They get a new selection every couple weeks. The lady that works on Fridays is very sweet and helpful! Thank you!
