Hello today at 2:30pm i came to return some hair extentions i purchased that was not used but opened. I did not notice it was sew in hair until i opened it. i wanted the clip ins so i asked for a exchange or return of this product. The employee there then told me he couldnt do anything for me. Yes this store is amazing but the services are horrible. Last time i was there i brought my mother and younger step sister along, she wanted to buy a wig and the same employee spoke to me with horrid attitude saying i couldnt let her try the wigs without a cap to buy, which i understand of course but the other employee who was there would at least offer samples or extras. I bring this store alot of business and im a loyal customer, someone needs to speak with this employee. 5/14/16 2:30pm

Because that Essie nail polish selection is on point. Pretty much all my favorite brands are represented (I think with the exception of Kerastase and some Japanese/Korean brands). This place is the bathroom counter of my dreams: everything from Tocca candles to Oribe hair sprays to Mario Badescu skincare. I could spend hours (and entire paychecks) here -- one thing Id love is some kind of reward system for loyal customers. Cant recommend this place enough.

Very cheap hair... Store didnt open in time, waited for over 20 minutes to open their doors just for someone to tell me that they didnt have the hair I need. Wasnt greeted at all when I came in, poor service! Im appalled. Wont be coming back at all! Guess I shouldve read the reviews before coming to the store!

Always closes early when on his website it says he stays open to 7:30 which is a lie. I even called and verified this with him and he says he closes at 7pm which is a lie because two times I have came around 6:30pm and the doors was locked called several times. I guess Ill go to the westside. Smh

The owner was very rude to me followed me around the store like I was going to steal. They have very cheap and crappy hair. I dropped off some of my cards because I am a hair stylist he picked up my cards and gave them back to me. He has no type of product inventory.

They are never open. Its like crazy. Itll say 10am-7pm. But show up between those hours and itll say close , out for lunch, etc. Just isnt professional at all. Also I called to variefy their business hours, no answer.

I love this store. I always get help. I tried on five wigs one time and with no problems. Definitely not exspensive for those that are newbies. I got a black lace front for 50 dollars. I aint complaining!!!

I am currently waiting outside of this store. The sign on the door says "we will be back at 2PM" it is now 2:30.... Funny, while I am typing this I see the owner running to unlock the door smh
