First time visiting this beauty supply store and it will definitely be my last time. Where do I start?! When I first walk into the store I nearly fell on my face due to a bumpy and sloppy rug in the walkway. As I was complaining about it the lady worker just smiled as if she didnt understand what I was saying. I was in the store for only a few minutes when the guy behind the counter started yelling at a customer for asking a question, I assume he is the owner that another reviewer referred to as a jerk. I should have walked out then. However, I purchased a product and moments later needed to exchange due to the fact that it had been opened. He just threw it back at me and accused me of opening it myself and started talking on the phone. I tried to talked to the older lady that works there, thinking maybe she could help me, but he told her not to speak to me, so she shooked her head and walked away as if she is frightened of him. The product was less than $5, however it is more about principle. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I am surprised these people are still in business. They want our American dollars but hate us at the same time. Stay clear away from this place PLEASE!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Guy who owns this place is an absolute jerk! First of all there was NO clear sign anywhere signaling that we had to buy a wig cap to even try on synthetic wigs! Then as we were leaving his store he started to mock us and talk about us behind our backs in Chinese. You will definitely get bad customer service here! Avoid this place!!!!!
