Very disapointed that they do not carry fresh (uncooked, raw) milk & butter. When questioned, they stated that Whole Foods has chosen to not carry fresh milk "out of concern for our customers wellbeing" This of course means that their insurance liability carrier has banned Whole Foods from carrying fresh milk in order to avoid lawsuits. It is their right to make that choice. It IS NOT their right to slander fresh milk, butter & cheeses as camouflage to hide the real reason why they do not carry these food products in their "health food" stores. My company will be putting together a lawsuit against Whole Foods for slanderizing a natural food product that humans have consumed for 10s of 1000s of years, a natural food that is even today consumed by well over half the world population.

Really enjoy this store. Although some of the name brands are going to need to be bought at Publix or Kroegers this store has character and high quality specialty products. Looking for a real Pimento Cheese, check, local beer and 4 taps for growler fills, check, fresh local produce, check. Many of the things that make South Carolina special from a food perspective can be found here. Many special items are here including a great Pizza and sandwich bar and oh yeah, grab a pint of beer and enjoy your food.

I never ever experienced in whole foods this kind of bad experience. I think because of our skin color, we order breakfast with my kids croissant with eggs and beacon my goodness it was heavy with egg you can even hold it. I ordered cappuccino she doesnt want to do it she told me to grab from regular coffee . I just want to say we are in 21century and GOD made us equal in his image. I am sad for my kids because i didnt grow in this kind of situation.

Whole Foods on Hilton Head is the best place to go and get high quality foods at very fair prices and know that in the background intelligent people are making sure that products like high fructose corn syrup are simply not going to be in anything you find on the shelves. In a real way theyre doing a great deal of the work for you. Theyre a terrific group of people too, you always find the friendliest people here on Hilton Head Island.

Had a chicken wrap made at the deli- i asked for salt and pepper and Daniel proceeded to dump salt on by mistake b/c the holes in the salt shaker were huge. Instead of making a new sandwich he wrapped it up and gave it to me. I just let it go b/c i had to get back to work. One bite of the sandwich i realized that it was much worse than i thought. Thanks to the great enthusiastic employees of whole foods i wasted $8 in the trash.

Its a standard whole foods... limited selection because of the standards and higher prices for the same items Walmart might sell. No complaints really other than Simply Lemonade running $4.59 or so when you can get it for $2.69 or so at Walmart. The bread is oddly divided into 2 areas... for standard sandwich bread, go to the 2nd or 3rd isle near the fresh veggies next to the PB&J.

Well I have to hive them credit for staying by the organic and safe feeling but holy cow very proud of their items. First thing I smelled was fish when I entered but I will give them credit the meat and everything else was very good on the presentation. I left when I seen a six pack of recycled paper towels for $17. Staff very courteous though.

Just like any other Whole Foods. Weird smell when you walk in and everything is over priced. I understand why they say its so expensive for some things, but I dont understand the mark up for the same item you can get in any grocery store for cheaper like Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream.

Everyone says whole foods is costly, but they have market prices that undercut a lot of food stores, for products that exceed the quality of other stores. The smoothies and pizza are great to get while shopping. I love going here!

Really poor customer service from the staff. They acted like they couldnt be bothered. The espresso I got tasted fine, but the salad and burrito we purchased were almost inedable and we had to throw them away.

Ate lunch there. The store is beautiful. The staff was helpful. But my raspberry cupcakes I took home for laters werent good. It was old?? It was beautiful. But it seemed old and I threw the second one away.

ive been to over 50 Whole Foods stores and this one really lacks the quality and care with the ready to eat foods in the deli case and the food bar. I wouldnt eat there, not kept up very well.

Typical Whole Foods. We went there for dinner at the hot and cold food bar, but they were closing up already at 8:30p. Food was good though, and still a decent variety. 9

Disappointing food bar. About half the items of what Ive come to expect from a normal whole foods. Only basic fresh things and only deep fried hot food. :-(
