I was one of two people in the store. I was not greated or acknowledged that I was even in the store for about 10 minutes. After the only staff member in the store made my protein shake he left it on the counter without saying a word then walked to check his cell phone by the register. Thankfully it was a free shake because I will not spend another cent in that store ever again, absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I wished I got his name to post on here but just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

Had a coupon for a few 20oz shake. They decided to make a 32oz and then I waited in line for 13 min and never got checked out with my shake melting on the counter. Very poor customer service. Please choose a different location
