We ordered a few items. A kids meal, Some chili cheese tots and a sonic blast. We waited for fifteen minutes before the girl came out. What she gave us was not what we ordered, but the receipt was right. The girl went back. Another ten minutes later she came back. Still wasnt the right food. She told Is shes not the one who took our order. I politely told her they should communicate better. But it wasnt the girl that rang us up Bc the receipt was correct. The girl bringing the food out must have not been all there that day bc she could not get our simple order right when allShe had toDoWas read the receipt. We usually enjoy Sonic, but that was not a pleasant experience. In the end we did not Get what we ordered. My husband and hungry child no longer cares. We were all Done with Sonic at that point. The girl with the long blonde hair should no longer be able to work there. Everyone has bad days, but Im Not even sure the girl read the receipt to begin with. Her I dont care attitude needs to be adjusted severely.

I was very disgruntled by this Sonic. First of all, the service was slow. I dont blame them, however, because we ordered seven milkshakes. The slow service wasnt the thing that bothered me most. When the lady brought out our milkshakes, she had not labeled them. She told us she didnt know which ones were which. Anyway, we tasted all of them to figure out what they were. They were not mixed at all. We couldnt tell what shakes were what because they all just tasted like, well, vanilla I guess. I ordered an Oreo shake. All the Oreos were on the very bottom. My brother got a caramel. There was no caramel except on the bottom. This happened with a few of our shakes. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Sonic location. Oh. And they didnt give us any mints!

The drive thru cashier had a foul attitude. I asked for a route 44 sweet tea and couldnt get one bc I had already ordered a med and there wasnt enough. Then asked for a cup of ice to go with my 3rd meal and was told no bc the ice machine wasnt making enough but they were still serving ice in other cups and making slushies.. when we ordered we asked for BBQ and ranch got our order and neither were included and also had to ask for forks and napkins. Was not a nice experience and will not be returning. Only reason it gets one star is bc I cant leave 0.

This Sonic is just ok. The food is really hit or miss. Consistency is their largest problem. You can order the same thing everyday and everyday it will look and taste differently. While the food has never been "bad" they do not follow corporate recipes. The proportions of ingredients are all over the place and often left out altogether. As far as the staff, I have no complaints. The employees are always friendly and prompt. If management could nail down the training and fix the card readers this place would be great. **Im crossing my fingers**

Will never go back... Just purchased brand new vehicle last night and I stopped at this Sonic to get some drinks today. Well car hop was a guy he acted like he couldnt hardly talk, long story short he went to hand me the 2nd drink it went all over me and the driver seat

Average Sonic. Good burgers and normal menu. They should upgrade their order boards to the new digital ones. The credit card readers usually dont work on the old ones. The staff is super nice and will run the card inside to charge it.

Typically pretty quick, but I have had several issues with order accuracy so check your order before you leave with it. The Sonic on Palmetto is a little slower, but they are better at getting your order correct.
