Awful just awful. My wife and I went to just look but ended up purchasing two rings for our daughters to celebrate me adopting them as we had been working on for almost three years. We bought the rings and then ended up purchasing a new wedding set for my wife and I as well as the care package plan for all of the Rings purchased. Went to get my ring sized as the lady told me I could with my package. Two weeks later I get a call that my ring was back but because its stainless steel it cant be sized which I should have been told when I purchased it and it should have never been sent to be sized as well. After almost an hour in the store Im told my options are to either deal with the size it is or to refund the ring and purchase order the smaller size and not only lose the care package but also lose the money that I spent on purchasing the care package because it is now void. They will and would not give me back the care package money even though it was their error and there is nothing else they could do for me. I will under no circumstances give any of my or my families business and urge everyone to choose else where to do business.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 10 am and a coupon for 44.99 full synthetic oil change. They didnt bring the car in until 11:20, didnt get it back until 12. When I went to pay the price went from 44.99 to 57.99 before tax. The explanation was that my cars oil filter is unique and costs more than normal. Im okay with that, but when I go check the car there is a solvent that has been sprayed/overs prayed on the hood and windshield and drivers side doors. So I open the hood and theres now oil all over my once pristine engine. Two hours for an oil change when there is one other car in the garage is unacceptable, as well as the sloppy job.

When calling Sears, EVERY experience is a nightmare! I just called four times and as usual am transferred to the wrong department every time. Why do they even ask what department you want? When I ask for lawn and garden I get every department in the store except for lawn and garden. Occassionally I might even get a recording saying sorry for the wait, please leave a number and we will get back to you...never happens. Bottom line: I have to get in my car and drive 16 miles round trip to the store. This is not okay!!!!! The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Goodbye Sears,youre not worth the trouble!

Worst experience with retail. Purchased a mattress on tues, they told me it would arrive sat. sat came and they called and said mattress will be delivered earlier than planned. I was ok with that until the delivery driver showed up, climbed in his truck and said "oh I made a mistake your mattress has been back ordered i called the wrong person." Un-impressed I called the store and they said "we have no idea what happened" so i drove 20 min to the store and received my money back and went to mattress firm. Maybe your experience will be different but i say go somewhere else. That is all.

Sears closed in North Charleston, SC. a short while back. Gee, what shock. Not much of a selection is my biggest gripe with them. Its probably just a matter of time for this location, because case they arent much better. I gave them two stars because they have OUTDOOR life brand shirt that I like, and its not in other stores. But even for this brand they have only a few selections. Hey, Sears -- why dont you just close up all the stores, and get it over with?

Ordered treadmill online. Got email that it came in, but no one could find it. Many trips and 6 hours of time later dealing with various employees that couldnt care less and we still have no treadmill. Felt like someone was playing a joke on me.....like a bad Saturday Night Live skit about horrible customer service. Sears was my favorite department store, but now I will never shop there ever again!

My friend ordered something from here at Sears. She has called 12 times with no response from the messages left. When she gets a live person the tell her to hold on and then after about 15 minutes of holding they disconnect. Just terrible customer service.

I want to thank the 2 men who helped me purchase a much needed space heater today around 3:30 pm. I wish I knew the names but it was near the tool section. The infrared one was sold out but I got great advice and very happy with the heater I purchased.

Sears is a joke! Walked into the lawn and garden section and there was no one to be seen. I had to hunt down an employee just to check out. Used to be my go to store for many products. Will never buy from Sears again!!
