Horrible! I will never ever buy anything there again! I bought a laptop and they said it was new and when they gave it to me it didnt have a box or manual. It had a virus and stopped working about week after signing the lease. I called and the guy working there was so rude and slightly uneducated my guess anyway said I was lying and refused to even take my name and hung up me and I when I tried to call back he picked up and hung on me. So the next day I drove there from Reno and when I went inside the worker guy took one look at me and went into the back and never came out even when I said excuse me many times. Unethical right? Dont go there you will save a lot of money in the long run buying something upfront.

Got a 599.00 couch set up 100$ a month payment plan only to find out only HALF of that 100 every month went on the couch. I literally paid 2000 for a single couch when all was finally said and done over a year later. Seriously over priced. Go to American Freight better prices and much nicer people.

we have bought from this store the last 5 years or more an i would deal with them anytime compared to aarons store i always get treated nice by them an Mike is a great guy to deal with an so is phil , bought a washer dryer mattress set from them and never had one problem

I will never purchase an item from this company again. I have bought a couch, washer and dryer, and mattress. Theyou dont repair anything. The matress sucks and they want to just continue to send someone to your house to look but not do a thing.
