My experience was similar to others posted here, but it ended up being a pleasant experience. I did purchase a washer/dryer combo from this location and was told that it would be delivered to my house within in the next two weeks. Approximately a month later I had still not received the units as they were back-ordered (a fact which the sales person knew apparently but failed to mention). After MANY phone calls having them checking on the ordering over the course of the month, they sent me a different washer/dryer set. This was an annoying process, but the set that I had purchased was a lower end Samsung and to compensate me for this process they ended up sending me industrial sized units that work wonderfully. It is now three years later and the washing machine has an issue. Theoretically it should still be under Samsungs warranty and Samsung was INCREDIBLY unhelpful and unapologetic about it. This HH Gregg is still covering it and will have someone at my house within the week to fix it for free. All in all the experience was annoying but it worked out for the best.

Bad experience. Purchased new stove on Saturday evening. I was assured item was in stock so salesman scheduled delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and I waited all day for call from delivery people. When "I" called delivery department they said "Oh, didnt they call you yesterday to tell you this item is on back order". I called the store and spoke to our salesman who told me that they sold out by Monday and that all available stoves were delivered. He said it might be another two weeks and offered to sell me something else. This doesnt make sense to me if you order an item it should be locked in as sold and not delivered to someone else. BS if you ask me. Also when I returned to the store the following day to cancel my order the customer service person didnt have a clue and appliance manager was rude. Ill never shop there again and anyone who asks me about them will get an earfull.

Bought a $1500.00 dryer 2 delivers missed. They wouldnt take it to basement. Dryer door was broken. They sent 4 technicians over 4 months. They wouldnt replace with new then offered Dryers worth half as much and smaller.Finally threatened law suit and it took 2 more weeks for them to agree. All this time they went through 2 store managers. Two employees quit and told me personally they quit because of the way the company treats consumers. The new store manager is on the beach in Puerto Rico.I am now waiting past the delivery time for the second time in two days. I called and was told by delivering department that I called in and canceled the delivery. None of that is true. Most of the employees are either on their cell phones or standing outside the store smoking in groups of 3 or more. This place needs to be shut down. Stay away...dont even drive by it go the long way around.

HORRIBLE STORE!!!! HHGREGG SUCKS AND HONESTLY SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN FOR GOOD! NEVER EVER SHOP THERE PEOPLE! MY husband and I bought a GPS recently and only a few days later the GPS had an INTERNAL SCRATCH on it. WE DID NOT drop the GPS or accidently scratch it with anything and if you look at my GPS CLOSELY you can see it is an internal problem. we took it back to this hhgregg store and they would not help at bcuz I took the UPS code off box bcuz cashier TOLD ME TO DO THAT N SEND IN FOR A 20$ Giftcard. It was a XMAS BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL kinda thing. They wouldnt EVEN EXCHANGE BCUZ UPC CODE was GONE. I Told them I sent it in to get my GIFT CARD!!! They were super rude to me and absolutely horrible and would not do anything for us. WE FINALLY CALLED HHGREGG CORPORATE OFFICE and they helpled NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

Terrible terrible terrible... this is by far the worst customer service ever and Im not talking about a one time thing. I go back more than a year when it started with our fridge on which we had premium customer service, it broke down by loosing the full cooling power in the middle of summer and this wasnt the first time so we thought it will be a easy fix like first time where a service guy just switched out the broken piece but instead it was so horrible and took over a month discussing and fighting that we gave up and bought a new one from another store. And that kinda so called service has not changed till now, whenever we have been this place no matter what product we where up to get it made us regretting that we even though of including this place as option to look so clearly NEVER EVER AGAIN

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! The sale reps on the floor acted like the customers were a nuisance. I unfortunately purchased an item while I was there because I didnt feel like driving all over the place for this particular item. While I was checking out, one of the managers was slamming things on the checkout counter. My item had to be retrieved from the stock room, which require a manager to open. When the sales rep "helping" me asked for the key from the manager, he rolled his eyes and didnt respond to the sales rep. The sales rap had to wait until the manager acknowledge him to gain the key to retrieve the item... I should have walked out but I put too much time in waiting for this item. Ill never go back there again!!!

The system price was higher that the displayed price for the washer. They told the waiting time for the washer I liked is about 3 weeks. So I end up buying another one. They promised to call between 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning of the date of delivery and a 45 minutes courtesy call before the actual delivery. Both did not occur on the date of delivery. I made 2 calls and the 3rd call to cancel the order at 5:30 and saw the truck pulled up. The truck driver is also the plumber could not remove the old line and left hanging. I like the delivery services of Best Buy and Lowes.

If I could give less than one star I would. They allowed me to purchase a dining room table and chairs that they did not have in stock and would not refund my money for over 7 business days. There was no compensation for my time or loss. The items were to be delivered to the store on a Sunday when I was told I could pick them up. I received a call the following day stating they didnt have them and would not have them. The sales team was unprofessional and disorganized when I was in the store and worse when I received the call. I will never shop there again.

I found this place to be quite impressive very open and easy to navigate...... However, I had questions, and was in the store for over ten minutes, and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE came to see what I wanted. Im not the type to go around looking for an associate, especially when they work on commission. I counted at least 15 red shirts in that place, and 10 were hanging out at the desk in the middle of the store. I called an hour later to commend them on their customer service (sarcastically of course) and informed them that I would not ever shop there. TERRIBLE!!!
