Very misleading place, may be OK for phones but I had a non working back up hard drive that the owner said he could diagnose for a $42 diagnostic fee. Called me and said he could not figure out what was wrong and still charged the fee. I picked it up and brought it to Florence PC right down the road, they diagnosed it for free and found out what was wrong!! Stay away from this place at least for computer related stuff
