DO NOT visit the McDonalds in this location. I am embarrassed to say how many chances Ive given it, but it has been completely disgusting every time. Its not a full kitchen, everything is microwaved, and tastes like a rubber chicken. The staff always looks extremely angry to be there, most of the time texting or have earbuds in listening to music, and if they walked any slower they would be stopped. The little girl that looked so annoyed to take my order today could barely talk to me over the food she was chewing in her mouth. The guy that pours fries was way more interested in staring into the store at everyone who walked by. I watched him hold the salt shaker over the fries with nothing coming out for at least 15 seconds while staring at some girl. The cook who microwaved everything for my biscuit thought it was ok to put something that had more the consistency of cardboard on it instead of an egg. Theres no way any normal person who gives more than 1% of a care for their job would ever put something like that out to a customer. If you have a McDonalds craving, I strongly advise you to visit a "real" one. Worst experience ever, on many occasions!

Given the choice between this and the Beltline Walmart on the other side of Florence, go to the Beltline one. This store is older and more run-down and more often than not there will be police cars parked outside the front entrances when you go in. The store is open 24 hours although its up to you how safe you feel going here late at night. They have all the typical Walmart departments you would expect including the grocery area and pharmacy. They appear to have a tough time keeping businesses in the front of the store because there is normally just an empty area where you would expect something to be. They added a self-checkout section but this just means they keep more registers closed and expect you to do the work yourself. There are also normally around 20 carts with merchandise that I guess needs to be reshelved right behind the registers. There are literally security cameras everywhere, some departments have cameras on top of cameras.

Live right nextdoor. I buy from Walmart every day. Love the place except for being a hateful bloodsucking corporation... But I sit here and see all these reviews like "OMG Everytime I go in there I get so frustrated..." Like does your brain really not process electromagnetic signals fast enough that when you walk in theres a grocery store, clothes section, electronics, pharmacy, home and diy, botanicals? I mean, they ARE conveniently organized to be in sections, NOT integrated together to drive you crazy... You can go into Walmart and pretty much take care of anything, or everything without multiple trips around town. If u dont like the convenience, and price value on there products then kick rocks and find somewhere else to shop... I mean LAAAAWD!

I went to print my daughters pictures. there was no one in the photo lab. I waited and employees were all around. no one tried to help me. I went back when the pictures were suppose to be ready and hour later and I had to hunt someone down to check on them. she said the printer was still working on them. I waited another 30 min found someone else and she checked and said the printer had been out of paper! I waited for them to print and the printer was broken. I waited 3 hours and still no pictures! it was a waste of time! they dont have enough people working there to man the photo lab. I will not be going there ever again! so frustrating!!!!

Every time I go there I get so frustrated. Today I stood at the jewelry counter for half an hour, after I pushed the screen for assistance. I had to call customer service from my phone to actually have them send someone over to me and that took another 15 mins. Then at checkout, one of my items was not priced and even though the cashier asked for assistance, no one came. I said just keep it and left. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Even when you ask someone for help, they have no idea. Im shopping target from now on. Its not worth the frustration!!!!

What do you want me to say? Its your average Walmart with screaming kids and overly populated aisles with an assload of people trying to check out at once and only three checkout Isles open LOL I mean just because I punched my windshield out over the aggravation last time doesnt mean I would give them an awful review.... do yourself a favor and get here about 1 oclock or 2 oclock in the morning and do your shopping! Its always the best time to see the most interesting individuals roaming around LOL

Went to get 4 new tires. They had 4 people ahead of me so they said I may have a 2hr. wait. I went prepared for that so no problem. I went to McDonalds and had a leisurely lunch and by the time I finished and went to check on my car it was ready. I was surprised and pleased. It only took a few minutes to check out and I was on my way feeling safe on my new tires. Everyone was courteous and friendly so it was a very good experience

The customer service is nonexistant. Associates left me on hold for ten minutes, then when the phone was "answered", I heard foul mouthed gossiping in the background noise right before the phone was hung up. When I called back and informed the person who answered, it was completely ignored as she said ,"what department do you want". I abhore the total lack of customer service and hateful disrespectful associates.

I am disappointed in this Walmart lately because there are dozens of workers walking around and chatting with each other but in the meantime the shelves are empty, you cant find anything you go in for. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my brand of dog food to be restocked and my printer ink as well. way to many employees doing nothing

All Wal-Mart are the same. Either they dont have what your looking for so you end up buying something else. The registers are only open to about 3 during the day and one at night. Most of the check out centers are for cards only. So its a drag going to Wal-Mart when the grocery store is better when you dont need house hold items.

On the one hand, I like Wal-Mart because it sells almost everything. Another reason I enjoy shopping at this place is because these items are in one building. Lastly, the great value items means I may have an opportunity to save some cash. On the other hand, I dont like Wal-Mart because it has had a monopoly....
