I walked into the store looking for a piano keyboard. I asked the man at the counter (apparently the owner) if he had any keyboards for sale and he said "we might, what are you looking to use it for?"..... I was dumbfounded he asked that question haha. So he proceeds to go to the back storage area and brings out a keyboard. Right as we were beginning to discuss a price, the phone rings, he rudely just picks it up and answers it without saying excise me, so I walked out of the store. Apparently his phone call was more important than my business with him. There were several other employees that could have answered the phone btw. Never going back again after that.

One of thee worse places to go for honest working people. I seen the girl Megan pass up honest folks, AND tell them that their merchandise value was only 5$, and turn around and give the next customer that I know is strung out on drugs, a check for 150$ for a name brand purse, NOT COOL AT ALL! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, AND THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO, WHAT, WHEN, AND HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE!! FREAKIN SAD.......

Apparently the 7-day warranty is only applicable if you can reproduce your devices finicky behavior on demand, which they made me do on my lunch break, in order to get a replacement. Giving two stars instead of one because they had the common decency to reimburse the labor costs of the device they could not fix towards a previously-owned device.

Very unprofessional, I believe I literally witnessed someone selling brand new products are cash. Obviously stolen merchandise. Its all over the internet about these stores . Terrible they still stay open.

Trader Electronics, is SUPER! The sraff is great and very helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone I know. They have 4 stores in the Pgh area. Worth a visit , definitely!
