The worst customer service by far! Walked into this place to find no one home! I figured maybe in the BR or something so I browsed around for what seemed an eternity. Finally this guy comes around and says absolutely Nothing! I asked this guy a simple question and he looks at me like he couldnt be bothered. Never again will I visit this place. I dont usually leave ratings on anything but consumers have a right to know about this kind of service. I will be going on yelp, FB, instagram, and other social media to tell every cigar fan to stay away from this place!

Reasonable priced cigars,the owner always make good recommendations for me based off what I tell him what kind of cigars I enjoy. I have been doing business with these guys since they opened since I live close by in Warwick it is conviently located.
