I recently bought a G pen pro 2.0 here. The first day I tried to use it the pen would not even turn on. I brought it back to the store immediately, to which they told me there are no returns or exchanges. I proceeded to call the company itself "Grenco" and was horrified to learn that I had purchased a knock off. Tobacco outlet should not sell products under false pretense. Buyers beware. Nothing like this would have happened at smokers haven or good times smoke shop.

Prices are very good on all the products, Ive bought a couple different vapes there plus tobacco and tubes and other misc stuff. The customer service is A+++. I had an issue today and the gentleman working called his other store and had my problem fixed and replaced in less than a half hour... GREAT PLACE FOR ALL SMOKING NEEDS

Weve been going here on and off for years (for a number of products) and the men who work here are so helpful. We frequently buy incense, candles and tobacco products products here, but they also have some lovely knick-knacks. I went there today and the first thing we said when we left is "they are always so nice there!".

The staff if very friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of merchandise - more than just tobacco. They have great prices and you always get a little gift with purchase. Last visit they threw a lighter and an incense sample in.
