First time coming to this shop, been to a lot in providence, including the OPM store with all unique pipes... must say this completely blows and head shop out of the water... I had no idea what to expect but all i received was great kindness and help from the woman at the front who is very down to earth :) i will deffidently be coming by once i get my next check! if i didnt live an hour away from providence i would make at least a weekly trip. i mean this place has every accessory or piece youve lost and need to replace... please go here... then go next door and get a wiener!! couldnt have picked a better spot!!! p.s. i am a very very very verrrrrry ( can i say this enough?) poor college student and every piece is affordable with the great deals they give you.. like if they catch you with their bumper sticker... 50% off!!! love this place, thanks for the free t-shirt!

I purchased a vaporizer from them yesterday and it looked fine in the shop, but when I took it home and plugged it in, a large crack in the glass became visible (only while the unit was powered on so the LEDs would shine through it). I took it back for a replacement the next day and was told that all sales were final and they would be unwilling to replace the product or refund our money. They get: 4/5 stars for price 3/5 stars for selection 4/5 stars for knowledgable associates 1/5 stars for their obstinance, accusing me of trying to scam them, and questioning my intelligence 3/5 stars total Buyer beware I guess, but as long as the product you purchase isnt defective you should have a wonderful experience with them.

Terrible if your going for vape, knew nothing about nothing, was very ignorant, I NEEEEDED juice so she said this is all juice I have its $5 so Im like oh man, after literally ten mins of looking I asked her how much nicotine was in them and she then said none, and I said you let me stand here looking and didnt even tell me there was zero content of nicotine!! So if you want good service and prices, go somewhere else!!

I asked the sales clerk about a specific product and she lied to my face! The product was horrible and i failed my drug test and didnt get my 100% money back guarantee as was promised! Ill never purchase anything from this store again! They dont care about the customer and their products that they sell to u.. theyre just interested im making money!

This Lady is the most dis-honest person I have seen in a while. MAKE SURE whatever you ask for is what you get. I ask for a replacement stem for a 14mm standard male joint and received a female. Returned within the hour and was told to buy a $10 adapter and it was my fault. I guess if you absolutely cant wait go here LAST!
