A Private User

I mostly go here for their redbox conveniently located outside the store...Its well kept and overall like any other walgreens. Staff is nice, minus the manager who goes outside and yells, threatens and belittles the homeless people who hang there. I understand that them loitering is a problem. I get that. But publically embarrassing them and yelling at them in public is not correct. After all they are future customers (human beings!), whether they go in to buy gum, cigerrettes or a drink..........................

I needed some birthday invitations printed last minute and their customer service was great. I called to make sure their printer was working. It wasnt but the associate said shed call me when it was and she did. By then I had found another 24 hour store to go to but I really appreciated her following through. They get an A+ from me.

The worst pharmacy ever. I didnt pick Up my prescription for 2 days after they called to tell it was ready so they cancelled it. Waited in like for like 20 minutes for them to tell me I have to wait another hour for it. They have one person working the counter and the drive up so whats the point.

I do like that it is open 24/7 ...but 2 things 1: A little slow on the registers, specially people with the coupons. And 2: way to many people asking for change, sometimes in groups.
