We are visiting Narragansett, Rhode Island for a week. We are here with 12 relatives and most of us have been to Marshalls in this location three times already. This day we were in the dressing room trying on clothes. The dressing room was empty, my mom, sister and I went into the big handicapped dressing room so we could try on clothes and get each others opinions. A rude woman running the dressing room knocked on the door to tell us to get out because a woman with a child wanted to use it. I think her tone was rude and demanding and the dressing room did not say for handicapped or moms with children! We certainly would have been happy to come out if approached differently but her tone and attitude was not nice! We just wanted a big room to share and certainly would have not gone in if a handicapped person needed it or the dressing room was full or had any other people in it!!!! Then when we left the woman rudely told us to PUT the clothes on the rack that we didnt want, did not act like a happy, cheerful, helpful employee and ask if there was anything we did not want to take and she would take it. I think people should be grateful they have a job these days, and act like a helpful person when working retail! She then proceeded by us while we were trying on shoes and told us to move as she came through with a rack of bathing suits that she called someone else to come get, The whole time she was in there she was talking to another employee about what her plans were for the weekend, something I would expect from a teenager not a middle aged woman!

while i was shopping in your narraganssett store, I saw a table that i was interested in. I asked at the front desk to please have someone come to the furniture dept. for help, as i had some questions because of a couple of flaws. The table was on clearance. Steve, the supervisor of shipping and receiving appeared in less than a minute. I asked him some questions, which he answere professionally and knowledgably. He was very personnable and couldnt do enough for me. He brought the table up to the front, waited for me to pay for it, and then put it in my car for me!! I thanked him so much and all he said was "no problem!" I think employees like steve are rare these days, and I wanted to let you know about about his wonderful performance. I asked to speak to his supervisor, Judy. She was thrilled about hearing about Steve. Judy is a proud and efficient supervisor. What a wonderful shopping experience. Hats off to Steve!!

What is left to say? HomeGoods has become a fast growing consumer choice for wallet friendly furnishings. I am so pleased to have one right here in my neck of the woods & judging by the shear volume of patrons pouring into this establishment week after week, others might agree. Locals, Summer travelers, & the college set will find that South County is very limited when it comes to shopping. Plus... Not everyone cares to make the 30 minute commute Bald Hill in Warwick. Whether its home furnishings, clothing, or accessories, Marshalls & HomeGoods located in Salt Pond plaza in Narragansett is a one stop shop for folks who wish to avoid the hustle & bustle of Bald Hill. Stop by & tell them that Scotty sent ya!

I have been going to Marshalls and TJ Maxx all over the country for years. I can say without a doubt that the Point Judith Marshalls/Homegoods is one of the best in the country. It even beats the ones in NY and San Francisco. When I have visitors from other parts of the country the first place they want to hit is MY Marshalls. If you dont find an item you want one day, just wait another few days and there it is. I should have my own parking place there! One of the best parts of living in Narragansett is MY Marshalls.

I work here so of course my opinion on the place is a little skewed. But I am proud to say we have one of the highest customer service satisfaction scores in the district! Sometimes the lines apper long but the wait is a lot shorter than you would think. So stop by and see us, on rainy days there is little else to do in Narragansett, and wed love to have you!

I love this Marshalls and Home Goods. It always very clean and organized. They have great quality stuff at reasonable prices and always a good selection. I always am finding more than I expected. And yay! Finally a baby changing station in the bathroom!

Every store Ive been in smells like grandmas bathroom. Most are cleaned/dusted seems like rarely or never. The product is mostly the equivalent to Wal Mart shi.t.

Checkout line is two long! Prices are good on clothes. Home goods are a little expensive but cute items.
