On July 19, 2015 my family and I were scheduled for a family shoot. We had the last appointment of the day and although we were all running late, coming in from different locations the photographer was still willing to take our pictures. In hind sight now thinking about the experience, I felt we were very rushed and the photos reflected that. We did elect to buy the CD of all of the pictures but when we really looked at the pictures at home there were several that should not have even been saved. The photographer went through the “spiel” about options and different ways we could have put photos together so fast that there was NO way we could have processed what was being said. My daughter is a JCPenney photo club member which is why we chose to come to JCPenney’s for our photographs. Neither myself or any family member would EVER go back there. I feel we were grossly overcharged for the few decent pictures we got. Lynn B

i would like to give ZERO stars- my order on line to pick up at a store was filled incorrectly since the order # matched the info i received, did not check the sealed package called JC Penny today, waited 42 mins for someone to get on line- JC Penny does not chat capability - who doesnt?? to be told that i can re-order and pay for the items that i originally ordered, and will only get credit for items when i return to the store. And BTW- i wanted it shipped to my home- they wanted to charge me shipping. Obviously, i will return the incorrect items, i dont wish to keep it, but at the very least, i should been accommodated and not have to pay once again. Will NEVER shop at JCP again

New appliance section is great. We have been looking for a refrigerator for months and it has been very frustrating. Many stores do not have any models that fit our space limits, and what they do have is very difficult to find the measurements of. JC Penny had everything clearly labeled with all the information we need to make sure it will fit. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Check out was a breeze and the financing options are great with a store credit card.

When we arrived, their were 5 staff members there all just standing around and workers were very rude. Pictures came out okay, they didnt put much effort into it. Kept saying they did not have much time to do any more poses but yet no one was in there it was empty! Called to see if pictures were ready never heard back, called again and pictures are ready, would be nice if store called to let customers know there order was ready. I wont return thats for sure!

didnt even want to give one star,very bad experience....poor setting,clumsy shoot room,no proper backdrop.The people were not helpful....one said they have props but other didnt wanted to remove...we took our prop but the photographer didnt know how to shoot a baby.....he took some photos but then said could not do any editing....we came home frustrated......

This department store is alright, The selection for is boring, but I imagine for women its better. The store is clean and the cashier was personable. The reason I give three stars is that I to wander around the entire first floor find a register. They should at least have an easily visible sign to help.

studio is really sub standards, and the white backdrop was having wrinkles and its very obvious in the picture and thats what people first see than the people in photo!! total waste of money.
