By far the worst Marshalls I have been to- Im a frequent Marshalls shopper but my experience at this specific Marshalls was horrible. My boyfriend and I both went in need of some last minute birthday gifts and as always it never fails to browse to see what new inventory has come in, but that was merely impossible with Marshalls employees following us around the whole store. It was a late shopping night for us, maybe precautious on their end but it was an uncomfortable feeling to come across all the employees undiscreetely keeping their eyes on us as if we were looking to shoplift I have never experienced something so uncomfortable. Your inventory is great Marshalls in Medfield but your lack of customer service and stereotypes by your employees will keep this shopper away from your store.

Average Marshalls store in Medfield! Cantons is MUCH newer with more things! This store is really old. Smells old too! Nice things though, like any other Marshalls or Tjs! Staff not special, just ok.

Great selection of clothes at a great price! Medfield marshalls always seems to update their inventory much more than Franklin marshalls does.
