Incredible selection of games, consoles, and accessories! Theres everything from the beginning of gaming to the most recent games and consoles. I went in to search for a relatively hard to find game, and sure enough - it was there (and priced really reasonably)! I highly recommend choosing Vault Video Games over any major retailer. His prices and trade-in values are much better, youll find essentially everything under one roof, and he is a friendly and knowledgeable person. Top marks in my book!

Would be 5 stars but when the owner isnt around it feels very unwelcoming. Lloyds customer service skills are nonexistent, when he answers the phone he sounds like the most miserable person alive, every experience Ive had with him has been worse than the last, to the point Ive decided to take my business elsewhere, its a shame because the owner seems like an incredibly kind and knowledgable person, just too many poor experiences with the other guy.

Amazing selection of games. New. Old. Rare etc. Wide variety of consoles also. Knowledgeable and willing to help you. Owner Rob always has a smile and has a very welcoming attitude. I can tell he takes pride in his store and strives for excellence. Highly recommended to all you gamer kids!! Its honestly the only place that I will go to get games. I dislike huge coporate places so Vault Video games is perfect.

Absolutely love this store! If youre an adult and you want to feel like a kid again this is the place for you. If you are a kid and you want to play old vintage games and new games this is the place for you too! Great customer service, they always hope you find what youre looking for. Just a great atmosphere! If I could marry the store I would because I love this place!

The store is very welcoming and very social. I come by to chat often, even if Im not buying anything. Thats how social it is. Also, how much you pay or get from trade-ins are very reasonable (compared to GameStop). Vault Video Games is the best game shop in the York area.

This is a really great place for all of your retro needs. I remember my first time going there. I got a sega dream cast. But do not worry. They have new games as well. I really love this place and really recommend it.

Best place to buy new and used games in york. I try to hit it up every few weeks. You never know what youll find there. Prices are fair too. Check it out if youre in the area. Youll walk out with a stack of games.
